Honestly could not recommend Manning Stainton enough. This is the second house move in a couple of years that I have used them for. They are absolutely brilliant. Gemma and Rochelle in particular were amazing, me and my husband were separating and they made a stressful situation so much easier. They kept us regularly informed and were active in chasing up parties in what was quite a complicated chain. Massive thanks to them! Also Debbie as well at the start of the process was lovely. The property details were attractive and very quickly produced. The costs and fees were clearly explained. Viewings were handled on our behalf and we quickly received an offer. At all points in the sale we were kept fully informed. A special mention to Megan H who navigated us through the whole sale; kept things moving; chased whoever needed to be chased; liaised with solicitors and kept us up to date with everything. She was amazing. I think the thing that made it for me was the phone call from her within minutes of the sale completing, congratulating us and doing a final check we were happy with everything.
All in all excellent customer service from a high quality estate agent and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.
