We have recently sold and purchased through Manning Stainton, and what a different experience we had compared to selling our property through a different estate agent a few years earlier. We had the perfect house but in the wrong location and they say moving house is probably one of the most stressful times of your life, but we were instantly put at ease from the moment James walked in and did our property valuation. Our sale was dealt with via Emily and our purchase property was dealt with via Codie who did our first viewing. Although she was new to estate agency she shared our vision with the property and pointed out positive features and possible improvements which was nice to see. The negotiations for both properties went well and the girls worked together to get our final outcome.
A special mention to Codie, who on completion day when we went to collect the keys had put a little pack together with our sale and purchase property details in which I thought was the little special touch which we will keep forever.

Tried selling our house with two other estate agent’s with no commitment to showing the house or keeping in touch in regards to interest. The team at Manning Stainton Rothwell were excellent from start to finish, could not recommend enough.

The girls in the branch were really helpful and kept me informed about viewings.
The head office not so good. If my solicitor hadn’t kept me informed every step of the way, it would have been really stressful as she didn’t know we were completing the day before we did.

Very quick offer on our property . Quite a few blips in the process by the purchasers mortgage company t hat held things up a bit but we got there in the end .

The staffs from Rothwell branch are great and communicate well with us and our solicitors and also very efficient in passing messages between the seller and us.
