As a family of four, teenagers included! When we started thinking about our trip to America, we all had different ideas and opinions. Sarah was able to channel all of our ideas to create a bespoke family holiday.....which everyone loved! The communication and support at every stage were faultless. It helped to make the planning so much more relaxed with less pressure. I would definitely use Mapping Your Travel for our future trips.

Just want to say a big thank you to Sarah and Nicola for going the extra mile for organising our trip to Iceland and Toronto.We had a small issue with change of flights but Sarah was amazing and arranged for us to be diverted and even arranged an overnight stay in an alternate hotel.
She checked in with us everyday to make sure transfers to hotel, airport and excursions ran smoothly.
She also arranged an upgrade of our hotel room in Niagara and it was a complete surprise to open the curtains and see the falls across the river.
What an unforgettable trip it was!

Our cruise was perfectly matched for us and they really found a cruise that matched our needs. We didn't want a cruise that had many sea days and we also wanted destinations off the beaten track that we could explore independently. It matched all our needs perfectly.
