Frasers were very efficient, friendly, met my time requirements, and did a good job on the repairs.
The ladies on reception were particularly helpul and friendly.

Everything was great.
We had confirmation straight away, a curtesy car. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the first gentleman who arrived and the ladies on the desk when we picked up the car

Brilliant service
I was in a fender bender and the insurance paid for the repairs. The team was very courteous all the way through the process. We got a car to drive and even delivered the car when it was repaired and picked up the courtesy one from 10 miles away. Brilliant service.

Really easy drop off and pick up, the courtesy car was great. Repairs were done swiftly within the time frame provided. Car looks good as new 10/10 would crash again.
