Everyone concerned was very helpful
Everyone concerned was very helpful. The repairers were Freeman's of Waterston and they were really efficient and friendly and even picked up the car and delivered it back , repaired and on time.

Unbelievable delay
Unfortunately one small part of the repair : a foglight bezel is not yet commercially available : leading to a considerable delay of the repair .I have now got my vehicle back only because I sourced alternative parts myself in order for the repair to be completed but am still awaiting the correct bezel on backorder in order to swap the chrome ones to black when Jeep release the part !!!

Markerstudy was excellent but let down by Copart. Nobody turned up to pick up car despite me calling and being reassured they were running late. A local subcontractor to Copart just turned up next day with half hour warning - no text or email from Copart. I wasn’t sure the guy was genuine untill he showed me schedule on phone. Lucky I was available. Few hours later I got a text to say Copart were coming to pick the vehicle up in two hours so had to call and say someone had already taken the vehicle ! Automated texts are out of sync and confusing e.g. Being told engineer would value car after pick up when offer had already been made
