I was shocked, I’ve been ordering from this company for 4 years and was always happy with the quality of hair and quick delivery. The last two orders have been AWFUL quality wise - lots of split and broken ends and the last order has synthetic hair blended into it as it started melting when I ran my normal hair straightener through it! Not to mention I ordered 22” hair and was sold 20” advertised at 22”. Extremely disappointed. Never ordering from here again.

Misleading listings (nano and nano flex I had no idea there was anything but nano) the colour is not true to colour. They are very thin at the ends.

The return policy is a joke they nail you with so many fees then tell you to just keep the hair. Unopened packages and they are going to try and nickel and dime me out of returning them

This was their response. So they want me to pay shipping twice plus other fees
This isn’t even the colour I ordered and I don’t want to colour cheap extensions!!! Plus I shouldn’t need to spend more money on colour

We have metal tip nano ring. But after checking your order, I noticed that the hair extensions you bought are our flex tip hair extensions. You can check this picture.
Our return and refund is guaranteed, but according to our policy, you may need to bear the return shipping fee. When we receive your returned parcel, we will check if the hair extensions are used and then we will refund you after deducting the shipping fee, handling fee and restocking fee. During the return, there may be a customs fee caused. To be honest, it is not cost-effective for you.
Are you willing to consider that you keep the hair extensions? Our hair extensions are 100% human hair, you can dye them to a darker color.

They say they have a return policy and guarantee but it is not true so far they just try to tell you to keep the hair and offer 5% off. How is that helpful when I cannot use this hair???? It is not the same method!! It is the wrong colour! It is too short. I have expressed all of this and they keep pushing me to keep it and saying they will charge me outrageous amounts to return it. I am going to have to go through PayPal or my credit card for a refund. Total hassle

Still fighting with this company. They want me to pay to return with a tracking number, lie about the value of the product and I will be charged restocking fees, taxes, etc. by the time you send the hair back you’ll be out half the amount of the hair

Canada hair does free returns and they pay the shipping no hidden costs. Use them.

If I could give zero I would. I got sent the wrong shade of blonde extensions, their site says you can exchange or return your extensions. When I went to ask for an exchange they told me I should just fix it myself. And then after awhile of arguing with them they said they will contact me with return info and never did, and then blocked me from the chat on their site when I tried to contact them again. Will not be purchasing from this site ever again. And I do not recommend it. It’s expensive and there is no customer service and no guarantees.

I've been ordering from Markethairextension for over 20years now and have always enjoyed my hair i ordered. It matches with my curly hair very well no one knows the difference.

don’t buy these. they are shit quality frizzy fall out of the bead knit up real easy withen half hour of having them in when wet they are stretchy and overall the worst i’ve ever brought. won’t get a refund cause i’ve worn them what a load of shit this company need to be closed down

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a 20-inch product, but they sent me a 17-inch one instead. When I contacted them about the mistake, they expected *me* to pay for the return shipping. This is completely unacceptable, and I will not be shopping here again. I will be reporting to ACCC and going through PayPal to get a refund

I am not happy with my product. 150 grams of hair and its thin and red hair when I ordered dark brown. Also its not long enough 18". Now I honestly think I need 24".
Beside that it took about a month to arrive - from China to Canada. I would like a refund. Please have someone contact me.

Choose hair,make purchases and simply wait for delivery, usually a couple of days. Excellent company fantastic delivery service. Customer service top knoch and sort any queries super fast. 100% rating in my opinion.

I wanted to give these extensions 5 stars because the hair is very good quality the reason. Why i only gave them 3 stars is because I ordered 4 packs of hair and the hair length was un even. Some of the packs hair were longer than others even though they all said 20” on the packaging. There was about a 2” difference in length on two of the packs. I noticed when I opened the packs and placed the hair side by side.

I received the wrong item. I emailed and chatted from their website and I did not receive an answer to resolve the issue. I did call the phone number that they provide and it always go to voicemail. I did leave several voicemessages and they never called me back.

Photo of hair was an inaccurate representation of what i recieved. Sent emails with photos of expectation vs reality. I was required to pay $65 shipping to return these and did not recieve a full refund. I spent around $250 + 65 and recieved about $180 refund even though this was due to your error not having accurate images of your products. Shocking communication on your behalf and disappointed with your customer service. I should not have been left $120 short due to your lack of accuracy.

Good website, excellent product, I ordered more within hours of my first delivery. Customer services were proactive and efficient when picking up on a delivery requirement that may have delayed my order. Thank you. The goods were delivered in very good time considering the long journey.

I have tried all types of exstentions and bought hair from many sites. They key is to buy double weft. At market exstention the hair is good quality and double weft. It arrives fast and their prices can’t be beat. I don’t know why you would buy any where else!

Wrong order.

I was sent the wrong order, 16 inches instead of 18 inches. I sent multiple photos copies of my order.

They asked that I return the wrong order, and that I pay for shipping etc as I had already throw out the original packaging presuming the correct order had been sent.

No refund. No trying to correct their order and sending me the correct order I had paid for not even a discounted price on my next order.

Would not recommend due to their inability to 1/ send the correct order or 2/ correct their mistake and send me what I ordered.

Have used them before after being recommended by a friend. Decent quality for the price for sure. Shipping has always been decently quick. Will update if anything changes! :)

It feels like horse hair or fake hair. It's so frizzy and sucks after two weeks not even. Donna Bella has stayed soft for two years.
