not used Mark before but his reviews where good so having a big problem with my Laptop he came and managed to repair it the next time I have any tech issues I will be calling Mark, the guy knows his stuff

Brilliant
Excellent service as always. I had an iPhone, tablet and laptop and now they are working perfectly. I never felt I was being a nuisance for asking questions and as far as I am concerned Mark is the guy to go to for any teccie related issues. He was at my house for 2 hours and the price of £60 was an absolute bargain. Thanks Mark

Mark has come out to visit me twice for my laptop for unrelated reasons. Both times he’s been professional, helpful and easily found the solution, whilst explaining everything he’s doing.

Fast and efficient
Mark sorted our computer problems and gave us good advice. He was quick and efficient. He also supplied us with a reconditioned computer that was more to our needs at a reasonable price. I would recommend.

Mark sorted my tech problem using a number of different strategies. I never felt that anything was too much trouble. Furthermore I was shown how to deal with any recurring problem.

Exceptional Service
I needed Mark to repair my Acer system. He replied very fast and arranged a home visit. Mark was very polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He repaired my PC and provided me with valuable aftercare. I would highly recommend Mark and would personally use him again if need be.

Professional, Punctual and Cost Affective Service
Mark was very efficient with his response and correspondence from my initial enquiry.
His prices were very very fair in comparison to initial quotes I got. He sourced the part required and kept me up to date with arrival times of parts. As soon as they came in Mark informed me and booked me in for the repair.
Mark was very professional, polite and efficient. He had the repair done within the hour. I would definitely recommend his services and use him again for any IT repairs should I require them.
