Do not buy from this company meat supplied is nothing like being advertised,mince is brown like it’s days old,lamb chops are more like mutton thin chops,pork is like a slab of fat,they do not care about customers complaints so stay far away from this company bad bad bad

This is the 2nd time I have ordered from this company. The first time was great, good quality meat. However, on my 2nd time of ordering, I ordered 6kg of Sirlon so i could have some nice big steaks, what arrived was very disappointing 2 x 3kg of Sirloin roasting joint, however they were not full joints, I received 2 joints slapped together to make a 3kg joint. When they came apart so I could cut some steaks they were so small and not suitable for what I wanted. I reached out to this butcher and I advised them that I wasn’t happy with what I received, there response was I have some new joints coming in, I will let you know so you can order another lot.
What a joke!! So I would have to spend over £190 to get the correct item I ordered. All I would say is steer clear and buy it from your local butcher so you can see what you are getting.

I have had major problems with ordering and payment, which was a glitch, I only found out when my order did not arrive and the bank verified the money had been paid. I wanted to write about this problem that happened twice! Mark and his team went out of their way to help correct the problem, both times, my experience with their customer relations has been excellent. I have just put another order in and it went through without a hitch, go me! Thank you Mark and team.

Great meat, very good offers and Mark delivers to the Isle of Wight not many do and the cost of meat is much more here

I have had a couple of orders from Marks Mobile Butchers Delivery. I have not been disappointed at all, people commented on the burgers and how good they were. I thought about saying I made them myself....🤣 But credit where credit is due, lovely.

ordered lamb chops and chump chops and a silverside beef,what a bag of rubbish! it was the worst meat i have ever bought,it was a bag of bits and fat and the beef is not silverside,the pictures are not like what you get ,will not be ordering again,a total waste of money,and NO i dont recommend !!!

Missing item's on my delivery, extremely difficult getting in touch with anyone for day's, and when I finally do, I'm told I've got to go through email only! Lol
Got issued a refund, and the reason they gave to the missing items was they've got "new people working" and they missed item's in my order. It's funny how the same excuse is given most places, so it's just hard to believe due to the actual order itself!
It says "free delivery" on orders over £89 and the excuse I got was the 15% discI received made it under that amount which is not true!
The quality of the meat is great, but the fact I had missing item's, put me in a bind as those item's were for an upcoming bbq!
They said via email that they can't "re-ship" those item's due to the cost of delivery"
With everything said, I know why the items weren't delivered, and why I didn't receive the free shipping!
Very disappointed, and we'll be trying other butcher's next time around.

Every thing fine except most of the outer fat on serloin had been removed removed. service was fine and delivery on time.

now i have found Marks Mobile i will be buying from nowhere else i only wish i had found him sooner

twice i have ordered 4 kilo of ribeye to cut into steaks the lamb mega deal & sausages are all top quality
i will be ordering the salmon cut next to cut into minute steaks
i would like to see Lambs liver as it is one of my favorites
with bacon & onion & mash

Excellent products. We did have some split packets of meat in delivery which was a little disappointing. This was down to the packing. I did contact immediately, and huge apologies came my way and I was refunded, and was told by James I'd receive free meat to to replace what was damaged. Excellent response from marks mobile butchers, so ill await this. Overall meat is excellent.

The 3.2kg of rump was awsome only thing i had to cut them in half haha to fit in my frying pan so ended up with twice as many.
The 7kg of sirlion steaks top notch as normal. I tried the 2kg of streaky bacon this month loved it.
If your reading this try marks you will not be dissapointed.
