I visited 20/06 to buy an engagement ring. I was greeted at the door, interested in my visit and shown to Allison, who listened, gave expert advice, and led us through each consideration and option. She was also very personable and kept us smiling and laughing through the whole visit. Allison and the store were patient and considerate, informative and helpful, even holding our ring choices for an hour as we stepped out for lunch and to deliberate. We were given a good discount, final total and what steps were going to be taken with the ring for preparation very clearly, and was modified ready in an hour of purchase.
