Having moved into a new build home and being left with a quagmire of a garden we had a difficult decision to make as how to get a garden and landscape that would be worth looking at.

After due consideration we decided to go with Marshall’s Landscaping Products for a complete garden makeover.

Our prime Marshall product of choice was the Arrento Encore paving, which was professionally designed and installed by Neil Walker Driveways Ltd, who are a Marshall’s Accredired Contractor.

The quality of the Arrento Encore porcelain is outstanding. It gave our garden a really sleek, modern finish, but the real test has been the ease of maintenance.

It has been incredibly easy to look after, it doesn’t trap dirt, moss or algae and a quick wash down brings it right back to looking brand new.

In summary, if you’re investing in your garden, Marshall’s products are worth every penny, especially when installed by an accredited team from Neil and Alan Walker Driveways.

The Drysis cobbles in Anthracite are a top end product. Great quality and lovely colour. These were set off well with a granite border for our driveway. All materials were provided by Marshalls and installed by Allan and Neil Walker with expert guys who knew their stuff especially Shane who was an ex Marshalls assessor . Would highly recommend

Absolutely over the moon with the finish, the cream porcelain tiles go fantastic with the heather paving stones in our back garden, which has been transferred to a place were we all love to sit out now. Smile every time. The workmanship was excellent but its as only as good due to Marshalls products which I used again for my front garden. Again no complaints.
From ordering to delivery and with the added bonus of the 10 years guarantee we are so content that if anything goes wrong with any of the tiles or bricks, we have Marshalls guarantee along with Alan WalkersTeam to fix it. Very satisfied customer.

I’ve been a Marshalls installer 6 years as the slab man in Scotland. Marshall’s have great products and support for installers. Highly recommend the accreditation scheme for any landscaping company and customer looking to get any landscaping work done.

Ordered some water gel release tablets. Got some vegetable feed tablets. (I don't grow vegetables and am planting hanging baskets at the moment. My Marshalls page is still open at the water gel release tablets page). Emailed twice. No reply. Phoned. No reply. Tried an alternative number which then redirects me to another number which is out of service. Awful service

I have been a loyal Marshall’s approved installer for over 20 years. Over this time we have had various assessors vetting our workmanship. Our new one is called Marc King. He is brilliant. Often going the extra mile to help out. Delighted to have him & Marshalls continued support.

We had Marc king from Marshall's out on site today and he is a fount of knowledge and anything he could help with regarding materials or advice he was very helpful and he is a credit to marshalls and with his advice on marshalls materials we will certainly continue to purchase more stock.

We’ve been using Marshalls products for over five years and are proud to be part of their accredited contractor scheme. Their service has been consistently first-class, with materials that truly lead the industry. Combined with exceptional aftercare, they set the standard for quality and reliability. There is no point in trying to contact the customer service department as if you try to phone on 03704 112233 you will be re directed to call 0330 3302737 which is not in service. If you try to fill in the web site contact form it will be ignored (2 1/2 weeks and counting). For a premium brand company the service is awful. If you actually get through to technical services they talk to you as if you are stupid when you ask them why they recommend and sell a product that they expect to fail with in 3 years and do not put this anywhere in their literature. You will only find this out once you have been given the 10 YEAR GUARENTEE CERTIFICATE and have it pointed out to you by the SMUG tec services person. Why bother wasting the paper its written on

I purchased 60 Marshall slabs which looked the wrong colour from the moment they were delivered. I raised the issue straight away, the company finally agreed that the slabs were in fact incorrect and offered a full refund.
However, when I asked for the fitting costs to be covered (which is completely reasonable given the product was wrong from the start), they refused. Their excuse was that the slabs “weren’t fitted in line with instructions” and “didn’t cure properly.” This simply isn’t true — I even have two slabs that were not fitted at all and they show the exact same colour issue, proving the problem is with the product, not the installation.
After admitting the slabs were wrong, they still tried to avoid covering the costs their mistake caused. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I’m now having to escalate the issue through the proper channels because their customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive.
Would not recommend based on this experience.
