Different tutor perspectives

A smaller group which allowed us to gain more practice. It's also good that there is a change in Tutor too so we get to see a different perspective and gain knowledge from a plastic surgeon.

Great support from Klaudjia!

Klaudjia has been extremely responsive, supportive and professional throughout my level 7 aesthetics diploma with MATA. Along with some excellent trainers and practical days, this has been a very good experience 😊

Glasgow

I (we) are extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Mata. After a cancelled appointment and disorganised communication, the situation only worsened. Following a 50-mile round trip, we were shocked to find that no appointment had been made for my daughter, despite receiving confirmation for both of us. To add to the frustration, no Botox had been ordered for me, despite Rebecca's assurances ( even though it was a filler day) After all this, we were informed that neither of us was suitable for treatment Why aren’t video calls conducted beforehand to avoid this kind of unnecessary travel and disappointment?

To make matters worse, whilst in the waiting area, we noticed an A5 booklet lying out in the open that contained everyone’s personal details—names, phone numbers, and information about the treatments they were receiving. This breach of privacy is completely unacceptable and left me concerned about how Mata handles sensitive information.

When I raised some of these issues with senior management, Enzo initially promised that future appointments would be scheduled and we would receive our treatments as well as compensation. No compensation has been received.

Enzo later organised a video between myself and the lead injector, Nakita, unfortunately this didn’t happen, only a verbal call. Furthermore, I was informed by Nakita that she had reviewed pictures of my daughter and deemed her unsuitable for treatment. This was another falsehood, as no pictures of my daughter were ever taken!

To add insult to injury, after being told that future appointments would be made, Enzo stopped responding to my emails altogether. The complete lack of communication, professionalism, and respect for patient confidentiality is unacceptable.

I strongly advise against seeking any treatments or training from Mata. Their disorganisation, dishonesty and disregard for customer privacy are deeply concerning.

We should have followed our gut feeling after reading the negative reviews and gone elsewhere

Can't get my treatment AGAIN!!!!

Made a booking for Sunday morning. On Saturday morning I received a message saying they were changing my appointment time - this was not suitable so I emailed them. They responded and said to come at initial booked time. I then emailed asking medical question but received no reply. I email the patient address with no reply. I messaged the mobile number I was given - no reply.
I arrived for my appointment after driving 35 minutes to be told they could not do the procedure. I was furious!!!! This is the second time this has happened. I am so disappointed.
I will say that the staff at the venue were fantastic, professional and very helpful. The office staff should reflect this but they don't!!!!!!!

Botox

Another fabulous experience at MATA Glasgow. Very friendly chaperone ( I'm so sorry. I can't remember her name. )Her friendly personality would calm any nervous client.
Sara had one student at this visit. She was professional and friendly and closely supervised by Sara throughout my Botox. She administered the product efficiently and painlessly.
I would not go anywhere else since I discovered MATA. The service provided is as professional as any high end salon. Totally, totally recommend 👌

Exceptionnel experience

I recently had the opportunity to be a model for Botox at Mata, where Sarah served as the aesthetic trainer. The experience was outstanding. Sarah’s expertise in the field of aesthetics was evident from the start. She guided the procedure with precision and care, ensuring that every step was clearly explained and that I felt completely at ease. Her professionalism and thoroughness in training were impressive, and I felt confident in her abilities throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for top-tier aesthetic training or treatments I highly recommend Mata Glasgow.

Excellent Experience

As always Sarah was fabulous. Understood exactly what my requirements were and was patient and very professional with the trainee. Sarah's new shaperone Shauny (apologies if I've misspelled your name) was very welcoming and professional too. First class experience once again.

Deterioration from previous visits (Glasgow)

Glasgow clinic -My last two appointments I was taken over an hour late and an hour and a half late. The first appt I never found out the reason. The second I was in the waiting room and a woman came in after me, it transpired her appointment had been changed and she turned up for her original appointment date and time and was still seen before me resulting in myself and other patients being left sitting for an hour after my appointment. These two appointments werent with the usual trainer Sarah and were not to the usual high standard I had came to expect from Mata. The trainee’s were lovely and I had met them on a precious visit. I asked the trainer about another procedure and she said yes we do it but can’t do it today. I never asked for it there an then. I just inquired. I felt I was being rushed as a resukt of them squeezing someone else in.

Very good professional service

Very good professional service. As a male client, I believe they took care to listen to what I was looking for and adapt their approach accordingly. The students were well supported. Good value service too. All good but takes a bit of extra with it being a training session.
