Adam Candia is a great person to have in your team! I initially came into the store to enquire about putting my name on the registry for a few Rolex models I want to purchase in the near future.
Although it was an impromptu visit and I was dressed extremely casual, I was treated exceptionally well and it was a great experience, which prompted me to order my Omega Speedmaster from Adam, and opted to wait a couple days for the delivery instead of purchasing the Speedmaster from the Omega store in the mall.
10/10 would recommend

Excellent customer service by George Valvis!
Approximately two weeks prior to purchasing my Longines time piece, I walked into the Mayors Dadeland location and I was not greeted or even asked if I needed assistance. The store was completely empty and three sales associates looked at me up and down and chose not to speak to me. Because of this horrible interaction I decided to purchase my watch online and pick up in store. However, I met George Valvis when I went to pick up my time piece and he went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcome at Mayors. He was extremely interested in establishing a lasting relationship and provided excellent customer service. Due to his customer service I brought in my best friend and he also purchased a Tudor Pelagos. I am very grateful for George’s assistance and I look forward to purchasing more time pieces in the future through him.

I had a great experience working with Rosalinda at Mayors. She was knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with throughout the process.
