Cold as Ice
Well, arriving at the store felt more like been greeted by a glacier. Everyone was busy and no one had the intention of greeting me or help until I approached a sales representative. Also had to return the following day since they wouldn’t release my online purchase due to a discrepancy with the Apple Pay virtual number. (You’d think that they’re well versed in Apple transactions).

Great experience purchasing from Mayors. The website gave a little trouble with completing the payment but I spoke with Daniela Hernandez (Virtual Boutique Sales Professional ) who was a major help with getting the payment completed and even provided a discount for the inconvenience of not being able to complete payment initially. Do not expect to get things on time. If you want your order you will need to wait by the door all day or on the phone to get it from Fedex
Just want to add - Fedex will need you to sign and cannot give you a time or notification and their schedule changes from a day to another
