Kerri at McSport.ie made my customer experience exceptional. Efficient replies, problem solving of the highest level, excellent customer service. Kerri dealt with my queries and my orders with professionalism. Opening a new studio has its challenges and McSport.ie were great. We have been in contact regarding equipment, accessories, add-ons etc from May to October. Items were delivered on time, any follow ups were efficient. There was always a port of contact at McSport.ie. If Kerri was not available Yatin dealt with my query and it was always relayed to Kerri. I have used McSport.ie over the years and will continue to support this Irish based company.

the Website didn't allow delivery to Brussels for GAA equipment, but by contacting the sales department they were able to send me the my order seamlessly

I needed an order delivered ahead of upcoming travel. Ashkay worked with the courier to schedule the delivery, and then followed up multiple times by phone and email to ensure the courier had been in touch, and afterwards to make sure the delivery had been made. Great customer service, and really appreciated. Thank you!

Brilliant customer support!
