AKSHAY was extremely helpful in taking care of my order. He made sure I got my order on time and checked in on several occasions to make sure the order got to me ahead of time. The best customer service I have experienced.

Akshay took my call with regards to a problem with my dumbbells. He was very quick to pinpoint the issue and arranged for a replacement plate to be sent the same day. He then followed up with a phone call the following day to ensure that I had received said plate and that I had been successful in replacing the broken one. Amazing customer service! Many thanks!

AKSHAY Was great with me from the start. I bought a lot of equipment off mc in the last few weeks starting up and AKSHAY at customer service helped me with everything. I used Mc Sport for some home gym equipment last Christmas, didn't review, ordering again Great company, reasonably priced, excellent products. Fast delivery. Mats etc still in great condition. Definitely recommend.

I had an issue with latches for the multi game table and McSport support team promptly resolved it. They provided replacements which made the table usable again.

Very prompt delivery within 2 days. Unfortunately, the case the weight set was in was cracked on receipt.
My email was responded to the same day with a phone call. Akshay was very helpful and arranged delivery of a new case so I would still be able to use the weights without the hassle of return. Advised it would be sent the following day (friday) which was confirmed by a tracking email and that I would receive it Monday. Better yet it arrived Saturday morning. Brilliant customer service!

We agreed with the driver to deliver on Wednesday so my husband could take a day off, and we appreciated his willingness to accommodate this. However, he mixed up the dates, failed to show, then blamed us. He repeatedly called without notice during work hours, was irritated when we couldn’t meet him, and was rude again when delivering the next day.

Excellent service. Needed a large product asap at the last minute. Kerri was fantastic over the phone and got us sorted at 4.30pm with the item ready for collection at 9am the next day. 10/10 service

Excellent customer service. The product I received was damaged. I contacted mcsport and received an immediate reply from Akshay offering a choice of refund or replacement swap. I chose replacement swap and received the new product within 2/3 days. I would definitely order from mcsport again.

Excellent service all round. I placed my order online on the 5th that night and needed it to be ready for collection very early on 7th as was passing by. Rang Ash who was very professional and helpful and prioritised my order and rang me back in the morning to confirm it was ready. Staff in showroom and their warehouse were also very helpful on the day.

Very professional company… had a small issue with delivery but when I contacted their customer support it was sorted asap. Would highly recommend.

Delivery was prompt, about 4 days and setup of bench and dips bars was reasonably straightforward.
One issue was that I didn't receive enough nuts to setup the bench.
Sent an email explaining and received the nuts the next day in the post. Well impressed with the customer service, a guy called Ashkay also called to ensure all Was good.

Exceptional choice of product at affordable prices some of the best, if not the best prices in Ireland. I visited the showroom the other day and Padraig is very helpful and has extensive product knowledge.

Visited the shop this morning, staff where very friendly and helpful even to someone only starting out with fitness staff allowed us to browse first before asking if we needed help which is always great, great shop had everything you needed beats competitors prices by a lot would recommend to anyone on any level of fitness, best sports shop I’ve been in

I recently ordered a trampoline & a few other bits from McSport I was so surprised and happy at how fast my delivery came and I’m very happy with everything. I got great offers on all & will definitely be ordering more in the future.
