Fantastic personal service from MDF with special mention to Vicki. Vicki, took the time to make sure my order was correct, sending samples and checking delivery’s etc. Great service and products from MDF! Thank you.

Quality of the product in my case some ovolo skirting board is excellent but more than that the customer service and delivery were outstanding.
I made a mess of what i was ordering not realising there were 3 types of ovolo. Marcellus answered my phone call within two rings and was so polite and helpful, resolving the issue quickly and professionally. The delivery driver arrived two days later, and even carried the product upstairs to my flat. allowing the joiner to get it fitted the same day could not be happier with my purchase and the customer service I received from start to finish. Highly recommend MDF store thank you.

I would like to thank MDF Store for their excellent customer service and outstanding delivery service. From placing the order to receiving the products, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The products arrived on time, well packaged, and exactly as described

Martin was fantastic from start to finish. Communication was excellent and he was always really quick to come back to my emails, which made the whole process very easy.
We needed the order turned around quite quickly and Martin went out of his way to help. He got everything processed straight away and managed to get the complete order made and sent out to us much faster than we were expecting.
Really helpful, responsive and reliable throughout. Very pleased with the whole experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again or recommend Martin and MDF Store to others.

I have had an excellent experience with MDF store. I was looking for dado rail and mouldings for inset panelling & received lots of help from Martin who sent me samples and made some very good suggestions.

my order came well packaged and on time and I would highly recommend the primed finish & quality is outstanding

Vicky, wow - bespoke skirting delivered today - hope that doesn't mean that business is so bad that you had
nothing else to do! (LOL).
Anyway, I'm impressed at you and your company's helpfulness and prompt action. Packaging and delivery all good. Also sample very efficient so thanks to Marcellus also. Well done, SteveC

Recommend this company

Great service and product. Ordered Dado Rail & Astragal beading to make Wainscot panels for client project.

Looks great

My first purchase from the MDF store and the whole experience was excellent. I initially ordered samples of the dado and then a number of dado pieces. It was despatched and delivered quickly. It was packaged really well and I’m super happy with the service given and the quality of your product. I also liked the fact that I received a personal email notification from an actual member of staff at the company. Highly recommend.

This was the first time I used MDF Store I was really pleased with the service from the off..brilliant communication ..so good to get personal service from Vicky.

Product quality excellent perfect machining .
Keep up the good work
👍👍👍

Excellent service and top-quality products.

We ordered architraves and the delivery was super fast – next-day delivery, exactly as promised. The products are very good quality, well finished and exactly what we were looking for.

A big thank you to Martin and Vicky for their help and professional assistance throughout the process – great communication and customer care.

Yes, it may be a little more expensive than some alternatives, but this is absolutely not a negative. Good products and excellent service are worth paying for, and in this case the quality fully justifies the price.

Highly recommended.

Purchased for a client's project to make wainscot panels. Spoke to Vicki on the phone who assured me we would have for our required date. Delivered a day earlier. Excellent service and the mouldings are just what the client wanted—2nd batch to order for phase two in February. Thank you.

Ordered MDF skirting and architrave from their website. Ordered on 3rd September 2025 and turned up on 9th September 2025 exactly when they said it would. Both the quality of the profile and the coverage of the Primer coat were excellent. Received an email the day before to let me know it was coming. Would definately order again from this company, excellant service.

Having had an issue with Dado in Milton Keynes, due to it mainly being new houses!! Only boring designs over here, I needed to urgently match some dado that is over 20 years old. Came across the MDF Store, and low and behold they had it, spoke to Martin, explained and asked if they had it in stock, he called me back within 10 mins and they had one length, I needed two, and they sprung into action to make me another length within the hour. We drove over to Banbury and Vicki could not have been more helpful… so Thankyou to the team, who sprang into action, this allowed the team here to continue to do their jobs.

First time using this company, after researching mdf oval beading 4mtr lengths needed for my room. EXCELLENT customer service - after placing my order I was contacted by phone and text by 'Vicki' just checking my measurement requirements, and after discussion they were happy to slightly alter the measurements to better suit my needs. The 2 x 4mtr lengths arrived within time-frame stated, very robustly packaged, and slightly oversized to allow for any slight end damage. Excellent quality primed mdf, VERY pleased with the product and the service received from this company. Would definitely use again, THANK YOU from a happy customer.

Excellent service very reliable and fast service

Great product and fantastic service, even when I changed my order at the last minute.

We’ve bought skirts, architrave and mouldings from the guys at MDF Store. The quality is brilliant, but honestly the service is even better. I won’t be going anywhere else! First class.

The MDF store is a great company to deal with offering a high quality product. I needed Ovolo skirting in non standard sizes and they were able to provide this. Also I requested a specific delivery day which was arranged without any fuss. Vicki was very helpful with any questions I had and the product is of an excellent quality so I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the MDF store
