Excellent service and communication
Ordered compost and top soil Tuesday. They delivered Wednesday... I didn't think it would come so fast and no one was home... the delivery man was so efficient and made great communication with me... we spoke over the phone and he put the delivery exactly where I asked.
So very happy with the service and exemplary communication.
Great job..
Don't know the man's mane but thanks for everything.

Excellent customer service. I had several items delivered to my home and ended up needing to return two of the items. The driver picked up the items and I received reimbursement to my credit card.

Customer service was horrendous.
I rang to ask for an approximate lead time for my order as the email didn’t give any info, it just said we will contact you when it’s in stock, I was told the email was “fairly self explanatory” on the phone. I was calling as I was under time pressure and I just wanted to know if it was going to be days or weeks. I thought it was a fairly typical question to ask, didn’t think it was an over the top request.
I was Never asked for my order number, he didn’t want it when I offered and then put me on hold for a few mins to tell me it would probably be in after a day or 2, which seemed like a guess when he didn’t know my name, order number or what I ordered.
When I eventually was able to go and collect, I received a mail to tell me to proceed to the plumbing yard to pick it up, when I arrived and showed the email, I was given out to for not arriving with a docket and the attendant begrudgingly went to pick out my item.
Will be pretty hesitant in using MD O’Shea’s in future.

You should have been provided with an approximate lead time for your order as provided by our supplier once you were notified that the item was out of stock. A member of staff should have been in touch with you today to extend our apologies for the response you got.
