Air Supply - big thumbs down
Doctor's clinic told me that Air Supply was the only approved source for medical grade oxygen in Dallas.
Needing O2 at a young age is not a fun experience and I'm grateful that the service exists
Not only did I need O2, I needed a prescription
Yes, I had a medical need for more Oxygen due to a health condition. Without O2 plants and insects die. Without O2, humans suffer grasping for air in enviornments that others do fine in, brain damage and muscle wasting. Not something I would wish upon anyone.
With Air Supply we had a constant source of stress, countless problems with missed deliveries, confusing billing, a faulty O2 tank and a company that prioritizes the accounts that purchase in bulk to blow up balloons.
I'm a huge fan of parties and balloons however a human who needs Oxygen to live should probably take priority and the business model should support this. Without people, they product wouldn't exist.
2 stars for 1) the O2 that saved my life 2) The front desk woman who was extremely helpful and 3) The delivery drivers who were also helpful and kind.
I was a client of theirs for months and the problems started on day one and lasted for six months when I no longer needed their service
Consider looking hard for another source of O2 for your needs
