Did not receive my product at all! Current disputing the charge. 4 days after the order confirmation the status was still “new” and they never sent it and just sent me a survey

Getting the supplies we need
So my husband has been trained to access my port at home, and we can get most of my supplies through the home medical supply company, except for sterile surgical Gloves that will fit him. We've been ordering the same gloves from MedOnTheGo for the past few years. It's easy to pull up past orders, a box lasts about a year, and they make reordering easy.
My only complaint would be the high cost of shipping.

Have not heard from the company for…
Have not heard from the company for about a week now, no update on my order or if it has been shipped- (it says on their receipt 3-5 daysfor shipping , which I paid for ) meanwhile, they already charged my pay pal account for the amount. I sent them an email, still awaiting for my update.

This is a Special Order Item and does take 2-3 Weeks to get delivered. We just got an ETA from the manufacturer that your order will be delivered on October 18th, 2025. Please advise if you can waitn or would you rather like to cancel the Order.
