Did not receive my product at all! Current disputing the charge. 4 days after the order confirmation the status was still “new” and they never sent it and just sent me a survey

Perfect replacement cups for the hospital pitcher and much sturdier than the one from the hospital. My husband likes having that pitcher keeping his drinking water ice cold. Fits perfectly and shipping was quick. I would definitely order from this company again.

I've ordered from them twice, and each time, I receive my packages, but they aren't good about providing tracking information in a timely manner or returning customer emails or phone calls. I did speak to the owner, and it seems he's taken this criticism to heart and may be more responsive in the future.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
Long story short... I purchased the incorrect item. I was immediately shipped and charged for the correct item. I tried numerous time to get a RMA # to send the incorrect item back. Eventually (after I wrote a negative review ) I received the RMA and sent the item back to McKesson as instructed which cost me an additional $18. They received the item the first week of June, but I have not received my refund of $82. So now I'm out $100. I would be satisfied if they would even send the item back. After numerous attempts to contact them, I'm left $100 short and totally frustrated with the communication and lack of concern for a customer. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
