Did not receive my product at all! Current disputing the charge. 4 days after the order confirmation the status was still “new” and they never sent it and just sent me a survey

It has been 2 weeks and my supplies have not been delivered nor has there been any response to my emails. My credit card has been charged but I am beginning to believe this is a scam with no intention of delivering any products.

Good quality, fast shipping
Got exactly what I ordered and with an expiration date 3 years from now, which is great because I go through this product slowly. The shipping was shockingly fast. I'm pretty sure I actually received it 2 days after I placed the order.

Good service but some issues.
Signed up later for an account and didn't see my order. I never seen a tracking number for the order and I had to make several attempts to get any information on the order. I received it safely but there's room for improvement.
