Did not receive my product at all! Current disputing the charge. 4 days after the order confirmation the status was still “new” and they never sent it and just sent me a survey

I paid a premium to get the product in 1-2 days and week later it's not here! I called and was told it be here the next day and that was three days ago. You should get 0 stars. I need my money back for something I didn't get.!

Product as described, Super-fast shipping!
Product as described, very fast shipping. Turns out they are local to me (or at least the product shipped from about 30 min away) so quality product and fast shipping is hard to beat. Will order again.

You cancelled my order a day after ordering my supplies and then when I went to reorder, the price had went up $30. Plus you were going to charge me $9 for shipping even though website says free shipping over $100, which mine was. Not happy!!
