Did not receive my product at all! Current disputing the charge. 4 days after the order confirmation the status was still “new” and they never sent it and just sent me a survey

Fast shipping and great customer services
Ordered wrong size syringes. Called and they swapped out the sizes with no questions. Received them within a couple days. Fast shipping and exceptional customer services. This will be my go to for syringes from now on

Critical shipping delay
I believe that this was weather related but I paid for expedited shipping and it did not come in time. So money wasted on the product and the shipping commitment. I was leaving town and paid to have it delivered before I left.

So far my experience has not been great. I ordered the catheter over a two weeks ago and paid extra for 3-5 day shipping. As of today, 2/21/25, I have not received order.

They sent the wrong product and did not issue promised refund
They sent the wrong product. It was a replacement for the product I wanted, but they had the picture of the product I wanted, Diabet-X Skin Therapy, along with another photo, so it was quite ambiguous and I did not see it at time of purchase. When I received the wrong product, I spoke to the supplier and he said he would issue a refund. After three weeks and more contacts by me (two phone calls where we spoke, plus an email), he did not do so, so I contacted PayPal and got a refund that way.

No notification of product shipping.
The product arrived within the expected timeframe, and it was the correct product and count. What I didn't like was no notification of when the order shipped, or when it was expected to arrive. This was stressful since I was running out of one of the 2 items ordered.

The agent was most helpful and assured me my order would be there on the specific date, which it was. The product was exactly what I needed and I'm very please.
