Did not receive my product at all! Current disputing the charge. 4 days after the order confirmation the status was still “new” and they never sent it and just sent me a survey

I ordered this product and paid for 2-3…
I ordered this product and paid for 2-3 day expedited shipping so I could start my meds on time. I have still not received the order so I sent an email per instructions on website for a response within 24 hours and still no response. My payment has cleared the bank. Not good customer service at this point and the expedited shipping cost more than the product. I need a response.

Took over 2 weeks to receive my order. Did a guest checkout and never received tracking, though they email me spam ads just fine. Wasted buy as I bought locally instead as I couldn't wait.
