Awful customer service if any at all !
Drove 2 1/2 hours to purchase a helmet and coms just under a grand ! Checked it was in stock before leaving and got there and it’s out of stock I did ask to try on another neotec. 3 different graphics and the person went to get the keys to unlock one and 25 minutes later he is serving someone else!! At this point I left the store still with my £1000 in my pocket ! The member of staff with the tats he looked so embarrassed and it wasn’t his fault ! I can recommend sports bike shop in Bristol but as for mega store I have spent £1000s in the past but will never darken your doors again

I recently purchased an HJC carbon helmet from Motorcycle Megastore and had a great experience. After shopping around, they offered the best price I could find, which immediately stood out.
The ordering process was straightforward, and delivery was quick—arriving within just a few days as promised. The helmet was well packaged and exactly as described.
Overall, a smooth, reliable service with competitive pricing. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Great Shop, great staff, huge selection of products and an even larger selection of help and expertise on hand. Ran by bikers, for bikers, great grub outside the door, and plenty of other like minded bikers and meet up point. Received some great help from Jack (with the tattoos) and also Tom, collectively gave me a tonne of help with my armor, helmet, bike equipment etc.
Couldn't recommend this place any more, its my only go to place for motorcycle gear and advice, there is no alternative. Check it out and you'll immediately see why.

The boots appear to be made to a high standard matching previous richa purchases.
