Overall a very positive experience
Overall a very positive experience, compared to the last few years with BT, and Liam in the accounts department was very good at getting an outstanding invoices sorted and paid.

Meraki have been a great of fresh air…
Meraki have been a great of fresh air so far. Our previous comms have been with Virgin who were a nightmare from start to finish. Never able to speak to a person without being left on hold for half an hour and then usually passed from pillar to post. Liam at Meraki has been incredibly helpful and informative and made the transition from Virgin to Meraki feel comfortable and easy.

Digital phone system
We have just made the transition from analogue to digital in our hair salon. We initially had a few problems with the system however this was rectified with more equipment and Sam Bourne has been very efficient and supportive to or needs and cannot praise him enough for his help, equally Tayla Hobbs was always on hand to offer assistance and resolved our problems very efficiently.

Signed three of our store with Meraki Communications bene great service, we are just awaiting out last store to be set up.
