So initially my order was untracked and got lost in the mail. I emailed the support team and got a response in less than 12 hours and they immediately resent out an express package with tracking that arrived in 2 days. Fantastic customer service, the product is amazing too. Shout out to mark from the support care team as well!

I have been ordering from Mesmereyez for the past few years and the contacts are always fantastic! My orders have always come within 2 days of ordering, however, this year there was an issue with the postage. I enquired as to when my order was dispatched because it usually comes so quickly. Mark from the Mesmereyez team was extremely quick to respond and organised a new express delivery to come out to me. I received it right in time for my Halloween party. I'd never used any kind of contacts before and my eyes felt fine all night.

i received a pair of contacts what had two different sizes in the box, i contacted them about the error and they immediately sent a replacement with express shipping. Manufacturer errors happen but i was impressed with how quickly they solved the issue.

Ordered 22mm sclera lenses, I received my order within 2 days with the free express shipping on my order. Easy and accessible, ordering process was simple and easy. There was an issue where the lenses did not fit as I found out that with my astigmatism I can't wear lenses of that size. Got into contact with their customer service and the representative, Mark helped me out by sending me another pair of smaller lenses. Very grateful that I still get to pull off my halloween costume!

update: i got an extra pair from them giving me express shipping again on the extra pair

honestly the best contact lenses out, i have different shaped eyes and one that doesnt work properly but these fit perfect and i have to be reminded to take them out as i forget they are there as they’re so comfortable, plus the compliments you get with the halloween ones are unforgettable

These contacts were really comfortable to wear all day - I had them in for around 12 hours. The colour was a very striking change from my usually hazel eyes. I had several people eye gaze, knowing something was different, and one pick up on them being contacts. These were purchased to complement a Barbie costume & completely fit the bill!

I’ve bought multiple colours from MesmerEyez and I have never been disappointed. Favourites are jade green and husky grey green. They are super comfy to wear and easy to apply, and they do last a long time (I go with 3 month duration for cost). They also do free postage, mine took two days to arrive (sent from melb to Syd). Absolutely LOVE these and the way they change my look. Thank you for the amazing service :)
