What a stupid shirt
What a stupid shirt. Don’t order from them, only order from the record label or the band website. This is my fault because I didn’t look close enough, but why the hell would the front of a band shirt be plain black and the image would be printed on the back. I paid over $100 with the mandatory DHL shipping and the BS import tax, Most expensive shirt I’ve ever bought and the dumbest layout with the design on the back of it. Never ordering from here again.

Hello 🖤
thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to leave a review.
We have also contacted you by e-mail in order to clarify the situation in more detail 📩🤘
We would like to point out that the order was placed through our US webshop and not the Austrian one. Customs duties and import taxes are handled according to the destination country’s regulations. For shipments within Austria/EU, no import duties apply.
On our US website, this information is also clearly stated during the ordering process, including the following notice:
Important: U.S. Import Rule Change
Starting August 29, 2025, the U.S. will end the de minimis duty-free exemption. All shipments may be subject to duties & taxes, regardless of value (including those under $800). Please consider this before placing your order.
If the item is defective, you can of course submit a complaint via our form here: https://www.metalshop.us/complaints-returns/ 🖤
We remain at your disposal for any further questions.
Kind regards,
