I ordered on July 31, 2011 and never received my item. I was given a UPS tracking # which stated that they had never received a package to deliver?! After repeated unanswered emails and phone calls. I was forced to call my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau to complain. Do not buy from this company. You have been forewarned!

No pfoblems at all with anything. They have great customer service and fast and really good shipping. They shipped it out the same day I talked to them. I have absolutely no complains, what so ever about mezzi and their products!

Absolutely satisfied, both items I ordered exceeded my expectations. Customer service was outstanding, for some reason one of the items I ordered did not get shipped, I called so see why it had not shipped, they apologized and they shipped the item to me next day. Can’t beat that.

Finally a company that listens!! Not only my order was delivered on time,and the portfolio case to my expectations, but after responding to a quick survey, I was promptly contacted regarding suggestions I made!!

My Mezzi laptop case flew all the way to Scotland and arrived in first class condition and has been subjected to a hard life ever since! any case that can withstand the abuse that this one has is pretty good.

As of now I have the LUXslim SD and XXT models and I'm very satisfied with the overall quality of the briefcases especially for the price. Aside from the briefcases, the company goes head over heels to satisfy their customers. Initially I had a problem with my XXT model getting delayed and damaged during the holiday season and instead of giving me excuses they shipped out a replacement that arrived in 2 days.

Do I plan on going back to Mezzi in the future? Heck yeah, I don't see myself purchasing briefcases elsewhere especially for those prices.

I got the MEZZI M-ZERO Molded Aluminum Laptop Case Jet Black and i have to say it;s a really good case for your latop. I could put my labtop in and still put other stuff in it.

I can’t say enough good things about Mezzi. When I ordered a Mezzi muscle 49” rifle case there was initially a problem with getting it delivered to the UK, something to do with UPS I believe. I was willing to go for a refund but the good people at Mezzi bent over backwards to make sure that I received my case even though the circumstances caused them to make a substantial loss on the deal. They even threw in a free gift for my trouble. I love the case, I haven’t had it long but it seems up to the job.
The shipping problem has now been identified, a paperwork issue I believe so I would be confident in ordering from Mezzi again and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

The case has arrived and it looks great. I can't believe how it was only Monday evening when I ordered it and it was with us across the Atlantic on Wednesday morning! Terrific service. So thank you very much.

My recommendation if you are considering buying from them is instead of ordering off the internet, try to contact them. The phone rings endlessly during their listed business hours on both numbers listed on the website. There is no voicemail. Perhaps 1 out of 15 calls you may reach someone who sounds like they happened by the phone in the warehouse. Mezzi shipped me the wrong case initially. I contacted them concerning this and they sent the correct case. They informed me to return the incorrect case and would reimburse me for shipping. Since then, i was contacted by UPS that Mezzi would not accept the case until I paid and additional $51 brokerage fee. I refused to pay. Finally, I got someone on the phone and informed them of the problem. After endless email strings, most of which were not returned, I still have not received the reimbursement after 3 months.

A friend of mine showed up to the office with her new Mezzi case and after checking it out I was totally sold! I love it and take it everywhere with me. It holds all my important things, laptop, phone, blackberry, credit cards and a ton more things. I am always in a rush and I had a bad habit of bumping my laptop around and now its great, I don't have to worry about it anymore because the case keeps it protected. I love my Mezzi!

This company shipped and billed me for an additional case that I did not order and now does not respond to my emails or phone calls. Their contact information shows a Vancouver, WA address but their phone number is Vancouver, BC. Do NOT buy from this company!

My suitcase arrived on time, it was of poor craftsmanship and I returned it. It had manufacturing defects and showed scratches and chips. I am mild when I say the insides smelled like shoe glue, its a fact, and the outside had left over glue on one corner. What really convinced me to return it was the wood veneer trim that was bluntly repaired in one side by a metallic golden spray paint. As soon as I realized the poor craftsmanship I contacted the manufacturer for a return and refund.
