Moved our whole house from Birmingham to the Wirral last year. Couldn't fault the service. They were so accommodating when our moving date was up in the air. We also had a bad time on moving day with the owners still in the house when we arrived. We were so stressed but Middleton moving got it sorted. The price was very competitive as well. Lovely people, highly recommended!

We moved from Solihull to North Lincolnshire 2 weeks ago and i cant rate Middleton moving high enough. They came the day before packed everything, half loaded into the vehicle overnight and then on the day of the move they had everything loaded by 10am. We then followed the truck to our new address and whilst there was a slight key delay in arrival, we managed to commence delivery at 2pm. The crew put everything perfectly into each room and reassembled our furniture. 1st class service.
A great team, friendly, efficient made our moving day so easy. A big thank you, We would recommend you fully.
This review is based on our removal booking June 2025.
We accepted Middleton's quote for our house move on the Friday before our move the following Wednesday. We received an email from them on the Friday telling us they would be in touch soon to finalise details. On Monday morning I phoned them up as they had not been in touch. I was told everything was fine and the manager was out on a job and would phone back later, he didn't. I phoned again and was told the same. Again no return call.
I phoned a third time in the middle of the afternoon saying I was now getting concerned. I was told once again everything is fine for Wednesday and the manager would phone me later.
At 4.30pm the manager finally phoned back and informed me that they could now not move us as they had booked someone else. It seems they double booked us until the exchange date and then told us they could no longer fit us in.
This left us in a terrible situation of trying to get another company within 1 day.
I would not trust this company again with a house move
I was really upset by one of the removal men's attitude towards me. Really unhelpful and nasty. Also things were put in the wrong room even though they were labelled. I was told they would take the stress out of moving but it was very much the opposite. They also promised to connect my washing machine up but they didn't.
A superb team very friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for this team. Our move was efficent would recommend Middletons to any one.
Super move well professional would most certainly use them again. Moved us from Birmingham to Caister-on-Sea 2019. Nice people, also stored ower furniture for 3 months with all items with no damage. Yes would use again.

David is very clear and does exactly as promised. When he makes a commitment you really do have his word. He is punctual and reliable. He delivered a commercial freezer within the drop of a hat and managed to get adequate parking/access to our awkwardly located shop. The item was strapped securely and wrapped to ensure no damage. He had the item within our premises within a matter of minutes. Professional service with a friendly smile. A cut above the rest! From all at Burntwood be a friend and the community of Burntwood a massive THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING US & OUR INITIATIVE- YOUR KINDNESS WILL NOT BE FORGOTTEN!!

This company moved our new neighbours into a home on a private road. At the time that the removal van arrived to unload my 72 years old wife was away from our house in her car. On her return she politely asked if the removal men could move their vehicle which was completely blocking access to the private road, only to be given an aggressive and unwarranted abuse from one of the removal men, who happened to be a Scot. My wife had to stop me, a 75 years old man, from going outside to remonstrate directly with them and so I chose to post this negative review about this company.

Hi sorry for the delay with regard to your review, I have only just seen it. The crew member was willing to move the lorry, but the items on the vehicle needed to be secured and the ramps removed from the vehicle before it could be moved. The crew where in the process of doing this when your wife, went into the your home.
