We brought a midea oven three years ago and the screws holding the grill have rusted out and left a hole in the top of my oven.And they say it’s my problem that there’s been to much moisture in the oven. I ve never heard such rubbish in my life any excuse not to take responsibility for an inferior product. I brought it from a trade me the company was TSB living Lowerhutt . I would never trust ether of these companies again.No one has even came to view the problem.

Jh appliances is what went wrong , dishwasher won’t heat techs never opened job , tech never showed up on scheduled day suitable to them , then rebooks and delays then jh appliances say I need to be more flexible after 2 days off , techo says has parts in van , then on another call says will take 5 to 7 days to get the parts , again jh say how wonderful this guy is , hence the problem lies with jh appliances and where there loyalty lays, wish I had stuck with known brands trained to deal with customers nz not cheap crap , won’t purchase again no matter what my budget is.

Terrible customer services 7 months dealing with JH Appliances in Bombay Auckland to replace a ceramic top after 4 and a half months waiting for a new top discovered it hadn't been ordered as it never arrived after being told it would be here end of Feb early March after weeks of emails and then a ph call I discovered this myself as no one would actually answer any questions I had asked not one of them was ever answered! After this it's taken another 2 months to get my refund and then they didn't fully refund my money with no explanation as to why, I was so sick to the stomach from the stress it had caused me that I took my money and ran. 7 months and there were no warranty issues just a simple order. I have now had to replace my entire oven after only having the original in place for only 10 months a thousand dollars down plus the cost of a new oven and electrician to fit because I was sold a product brand new that they couldn't supply vital parts for. I would give zero but you can't. Dealing with your services was absolutely frustrating and stressful.And the worst customer experience I feel like ill ever experience 54 emails 3 ph calls and 7&a half months without a cooktop.

THE WORST SERVICE AND APPLIANCE EVER!
I bought a dryer that lasted a couple of months. Two months after reporting the fault my dryer had a thermostat replacement that lasted 2 cycles and blew again. They won't give me back my money and want to replace the thermostat again - what a joke.
Should have bought a real brand like Samsung or Fisher & Paykel. When something goes wrong their service is amazing.

Really bad company I buy washing machine 2 month ago but now is not working I visit at shop 2 week ago they say I send person ur place look after the machine now but now no one coming plz don’t buy any stuff here plz carefully guys

Given one star as there was no option for 0 stars. We purchased the Midea Microwave Combi - TR936T4CR from these guys. I sincerely wish we had read through the reviews on this company first.

Well, what a disaster. Don't ever purchase this item or deal with this company. They have no customer service or customer centricity.

Let us start on the appliance...….

1. Condensation like you have never seen...…floods the bottom of the microwave with moisture and you have to continually mop it up.
2. Instructions that are pigeon English and don't make sense.
3. Grill function & Convection function are so pathetic that you would never bother using them. let alone trying to work out what each function is.
4. Interior light so weak you can't even see what you are cooking.
5. Makes a terrible ping noise when the microwave function is being used.
6. when using any other function it clunks and bangs when heating up and cooling down and sounds terrible.

Asked to return the product which they wouldn't come at. After much persuasion, they sent someone out that was semi-retired. He did a heat test on the hot water and said the microwave function was ok, there were no other tests done or functions checked.

The condensation and all the other issues continue to plague us and JH Appliances continue to say there is nothing wrong.

Don't waste your $1000 when a standard microwave will outperform every time, and without all the above issues.

The product we have is not fit for purpose, and for this reason, they have breached the consumer's guarantees act.

REMEMBER NEVER TO BUY FROM THESE GUYS, IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR PRODUCT THEY WILL NOT WANT TO KNOW.

This is a legitimate review, do not let Midea/ JH Appliance convince you to remove this review.
