I ordered 2 samples

I ordered 2 samples - hair and fragrance. The image shows that each sample has 3 products. I received a tiny pack, with 2 tiny tiny amounts - a beard oil and a hair serum. No indications on how to use. Was charged almost £10. Rip Off.
And they smell terribel.
Stay away from them.
No one reply to emails or the watsapp on their site

Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry you felt let down, and we completely understand how frustrating it can be when replies don’t come through as quickly as expected. As a small business, we receive hundreds of messages every week, but we did reply to you (just not as fast as you had hoped) and worked to get this sorted straight away.

For clarity, you had selected the fragrance sample set, which only includes fragrance samples, not the mixed set with all three products. We realise this caused confusion, and we’ve since updated our product images and descriptions to make this clearer for future customers.

We also followed up with you directly, sent out complimentary samples, and ensured you received your full order despite this review and the chargeback. We always want to go above and beyond to put things right, and we’re grateful you gave us the chance to do so.

We take every review seriously, even when it’s tough to read, as it helps us grow and improve both our products and our service.

I’m giving this purely because the…

I’m giving this purely because the customer service has been awful. Not to mention the tracking info from Yodel, advises to check tracking and post code. I contacted them via email and got a message to contact this number on WhatsApp. (No hello nothing, poor communication right away)… contacted them on WhatsApp several times and no acknowledgment, nothing. Even if you come back and say we are high in demand, please bear with us-Literally nothing. So I feel this company has been AI generated and not genuine at all. Going to contact the bank for a refund. Absolute scam! Way to start the business.

We’re really sorry to read this and we completely understand your frustration. We did reply to your messages, but not as quickly as you expected, and we recognise that slow communication can make the situation feel even worse.

At the time, we were using Yodel for deliveries, but after numerous complaints and delays we have now stopped using them moving forward. Our aim is always to deliver a smooth service, and we’ve taken this as a lesson to improve both our courier choices and our customer response times.

I enjoyed the example of the hair growth cream and there was a little herbs thing on the cream.

The hair cream is amazing and the smell is fantastic but I will definitely get the products for my hair growth soon.
