DO NOT PURCHASE! SCAM ARTISTS!!

Saw lots of hype on socials about this product and I should have known better in hindsight but the use of A.I to make their reels and marketing is very convincing.

Ordered the so called miracle-roller and hair serum and only received the free sample which was only the size of what I could describe as 0.001 of a ml.

Emailed the info@ several times and never got a response. DM’d and was told to use the WhatsApp number to get a “quicker response” this quick response took 3 days!

What triggered the alarm bells was when they said we are expanding and cannot keep up with the orders and that the parcel must have been labelled incorrectly hence why I hadn’t received my items. If this is the case and I presume 100’s of people are falling for this trickery then how are they operating as a business?!

After nearly 3 weeks of lacklustre response I got my money back directly from my bank so I’m thankful I was able to do this otherwise I would of lost my money and god knows what they will do with my information.

Please be careful and do not trust this shameful company!

We’re truly sorry to read your experience and we completely understand your frustration. We did send out your items, and even after your chargeback was processed we still sent multiple replacements as a gesture of goodwill, because our priority is always making sure customers receive what they paid for.

Unfortunately, at the time we were using Yodel, and we later discovered that a number of parcels were being tampered with or not delivered at all. This caused serious problems for both us and our customers. It was a painful lesson as we lost thousands fixing these issues, but it also pushed us to take action.

Since then, we have completely stopped using Yodel, introduced tamper-proof security seals and improved our packaging. As a result, we have not had complaints of this nature again.

We know how it looked from your side, but we want to reassure you and anyone reading this that we are a genuine small business, and our products are real, hand-crafted in limited batches with rare ingredients. Every order matters to us, and we are constantly improving our service.

Thank you for sharing your experience, as it has helped us strengthen our business for the better.

Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand your frustration and why it may have felt like a scam at first. To clarify, when you place an order our system automatically sends a tracking link straight away, but this only activates once the parcel has been dispatched. If you check it before dispatch, it will show as invalid or inactive, which can understandably cause confusion.

We did reply on WhatsApp, but not within the 24 hours you expected. As a small business receiving hundreds of messages, we are not always as fast as customers would like, though we are constantly working to improve this.

You did receive your order as expected, and we are grateful you gave us the chance to sort it out. We’re a genuine small business creating limited-batch products, and feedback like this helps us refine both our service and communication.

I nearly got got

I nearly got got! Just like everyone else, a free oil hair sample was advertised on Instagram. I was skeptical but thought, "What the heck, let's give it a go."

Fast forward — I ordered a couple of this so-called "free hair oil sample" on the 15th of July. Got my confirmation email saying it will take 1–5 days — no problem. Then, as the days went by, I was like, where is the item? I checked the tracking number, and it said it couldn't find it. So I thought, let me see the reviews of this product, which I should’ve done before ordering (rookie mistake)...

As usual, you see a couple of positive comments at the top — then I scrolled to the other side and, lo and behold, I was like, yep, this company is a SCAM, LOL.

Anyway, I talked to my bank and got my refund — £9.95 — ASAP! Then, as of recent, I just checked the tracking number and all of a sudden, it’s on its way and will be delivered on the 1st of August. If I didn’t go through my bank, I wouldn’t have got nothing = Apply that pressure on these scammy scammers.
These same companies will scream
"BLACK OWNED" but will be scamming their own peoples.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DON’T TRUST THESE FRAUDSTERS.

As a new company, we’re not perfect, but we are genuine. Every bottle is handmade in small batches with rare ingredients, and we’ve spent years perfecting our formulas before launching. Like many small businesses, we rely on patience and understanding while we improve systems such as tracking and communication. Most of our customers who allowed the process to run its course received their items without issue and continue to support us.

We only wish you had given us the same chance. Reviews like this can be damaging, but they also remind us why we’re working so hard — to build a brand based on trust, transparency, and quality.

DO NOT trust this company, it is definitely a scam, believe the negative comments. Placed an order, given a fake tracking number, now won’t respond to emails or WhatsApp (which is apparently the method they use to respond quickest).

We’re sorry to see this review, especially as we did speak with you directly and ensured you received not only your order but also over £90 worth of additional products as an apology for the delay. The issue originally arose because the tracking link was checked before the parcel was dispatched, which made it appear invalid. On top of that, items were unfortunately going missing with Yodel at the time, which was outside of our control but something we worked hard to rectify.

We completely understand why you felt worried and left this review — delays can feel like the worst when you’re waiting for something new. At the same time, we want people reading this to know we did follow through, checked in with you afterwards to make sure you were happy, and overcompensated to make things right.

As a small but fast-growing business, we were also in the middle of upgrading our systems and expanding our team, which caused slower responses than usual. That has now been resolved with a new CRM system, new couriers, and faster communication.

We’re grateful for all feedback, even tough ones like this, as they help us grow stronger and provide the kind of service we want every customer to experience.

We’re disappointed to see this review, especially as your order was fulfilled and we also sent you a large care package as a goodwill gesture. Despite our terms clearly stating that only one free sample can be claimed per order, you placed multiple sample orders and requested more than was permitted. You also mentioned you would change your review once everything arrived, which makes this feedback particularly unfair.

We never ask customers to change reviews we simply make sure they receive their items and, where confusion arises, we often overcompensate to show our goodwill. In your case, you received both your original order and complimentary extras.

As a small business, we work extremely hard to provide a fair and transparent service, and it is a shame when reviews are used as leverage. We still appreciate the opportunity to have resolved this order, and we remain committed to treating every customer with honesty and care.

Fraud fake rubbish

Charged for samples x 4 but got one empty small bottle. £10 for a drop sample is fraud. Cost of postage label said £4.99.

We’re sorry to see this review as it is not accurate. You did receive your order, and our samples are not designed to be full bottles. They are provided in smaller amounts so customers can patch test and ensure they like the product before committing to a full order. This is clearly stated, as the sample service is intended to give a fair trial, not a full-size product.

You also placed multiple free sample orders, which goes against our terms of one per order. Despite this, we still overcompensated and sent additional items as a gesture of goodwill. Regarding postage, the fee is credited back on the next order, meaning the samples are effectively free.

As a small business producing limited batch products, we are always transparent and go out of our way to be fair. It is disappointing when reviews do not reflect the full story, but we remain committed to looking after our genuine customers.

Best fragrances

Mila Foy has some of the best products on the market. In particular, their fragrances smell really good and last quite a while before having to reapply!
