Miller Harris Perfumer London Avis 

Terrible company. Still haven’t received order from six weeks ago. They do not respond to emails and the customer service line is just voicemail. Total scam.

Nonexistent customer service. No responses to messages. Had to get a credit lender involved to chase them. Buy your fragrance from a brand that cares.

Lovely perfum have always bought from Miller Harris 🙏 don’t know why so many bad reviews as this isn’t my experience from buying from them, customer service or even product. Vetiver Insolent is my favourite perfume of all time ❤️🙏☀️⭐️👍

DPD delivered my order from Miller Harris Parcel No. 1550 4845 135 271 K to the wrong address.
There is no human being at Miller Harris to contact when errors like this happen. Miller Harris can only be communicated with via bot or e mail. There is no reassurance that errors such as this will be resolved.
Unsatisfactory.

Given a Miller Harris hand was for Christmas . The pump doesn’t work so unable to dispense soap. Repeatedly called MH but advised they were “very busy”. E mailed at beginning of March. Response on 6th March saying there very busy. Still no response. Think this is really poor form for an expensive product which is unusable.

No one has replied to my email.

I hope this email finds you well. I recently purchased one of your scented candles, and I must express my disappointment with the product. Despite the high cost, the candle has virtually no scent when lit. I was expecting a fragrant and pleasant experience, but unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case.

I have always appreciated your brand for its quality, and this experience is quite unexpected. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide a solution. Perhaps a replacement or a refund would be fair, considering the product did not meet my expectations.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They do not appear to reply to chat messages or customer service e-mails when the conversation is not in relation to profit of a sale. Still no acknowledgement or reply after 6 days even though they are live on chat, Be sure to know what you are ordering as they also refuse to exchange products even though they are not legally allowed to refuse for on line purchases. By looks of other reviews they appear to promise refunds but don't return your money anyway!

Inspite of multiple emails confirming my order cancellation the company is refusing to refund my money. I contacted numerous times over the span of the last month. Aimee-Louise was the point of contact there. I now filed a dispute over PayPal showing written proof of cancellation and promises of a refund of my money. I believed this was a serious company. It seems they might be fraudulent and legal actions might be advisable for your next interaction with them.

Lovely products, not cheap but they don’t smell cheap either. My favourite is Vetiver Insolent which smells wonderful -despite the bizarre negative comment below stating vetiver is meant to be citrusy…

Tea Tonique is my girlfriend’s favourite and smells nice on her but is not something I would choose.

MH are not ideal for a blind buy as they can be quite smokey and/or spicy with strong scents that are unlike any others on the market. I adore vetiver and nearly all my scents feature vetiver in some form but this an earthy raw and smoky vetiver, nothing like Creed or Tom Ford’s.

I have just received my very first purchase from this lovely company and the perfumes smell devine and what i love the most is that they are all natural. I placed my order only yesterday and received it today and i absolutely love all of the samples i chose and would also like to thank M. H for my lovely free sample of Violet ida it is beautiful. I ordered Rose silence, Lost in the City, peau santal and powdered veil and i will definitely be placing another order. The perfumes came in lovely individual boxes sealed well abd when i had an enquiry M.H responded and were very friendly. Thank you so much for everything you are doing.

I walk past the Covent Garden store daily to go to work and I always smell the nicest scent coming from the store so I had to come in on my lunch break.

I was immediately helped by an Asian lady whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask but she was extremely helpful, efficient and made my experience at the store pleasant. I will definitely be returning all because of her!

Ordered 4 different products online:
Digne de Toi candle, 2 body wash (Peony rhubarb & scherzo) and vetiver insolent perfume 14ml.
The candle barely makes any smell, even when used in a small room. Very disappointing considering the fact they cost over £40 per 6.5 oz candle. I am a big fan of bougie candles but this one really let me down.

The vetiver perfume smells very smoky, with a strong essence of cumin. Very surprising because Vetiver suppose to be citrusy and fresh. This one is a heavy, smoky perfume that'd compliment the older clientele.

The body washes are ok. The scherzo is a very classic oud smell and the peony rhubarb smells very fruity and sweet.

I live in London so shipping was very quick (2 days only).

I ordered 3 of the same item, and one of them has less perfume in it than the other 2. Taking their price point into consideration, they should do better!

Gorgeous perfume. Love the boxes. Staff knowledgeable. Low on perfume nasties which I like. Original fragrance ideas and traditional scents too. Very enjoyable brand.
