Millet's, Chippenham. Great personal service.
Called into Millets in Chippenham for a new pair of walking shoes. I had seen a pair online, but as with many items of clothing, but especially with footwear, it is always best to try them in a shop.
Doug was very helpful and gave me valuable advice on breaking in my new shoes and also their aftercare. .

Friendly and informative staff
Staff were friendly, informative, with lots of offers at the moment, so as a result I bought more than I went in for. I always prefer to shop in person as the personal touch is always appreciated.

Great Shopping Experience
It was our first visit to Millets in Chippenham and came away with exactly what we wanted, thanks to Karl who was very helpful with finding what we wanted and explaining the price options, with regards to discounts.

Friendly helpful staff
The staff in Millets Chippenham are always so helpful in guiding to the right products. My experience on Friday was as usual excellent. I went in to buy a pair of walking shoes and socks and came away with the right gear.

Excellent and convenient Millets store…
Excellent and convenient Millets store in High Street location, with good stock displays that are easy to navigate.
Staff are friendly and helpful about stock and offers, and helped me find the exact size and model of walking shoes I wanted.
Will definitely use this store again.

We were assisted by Doug at the Chippenham store, who had been employed by Millets for 60 years! Not only did he make useful suggestions regarding our purchases but filled us in on a bit of company history along the way. What an unexpected and personal touch to our impromptu stop into the store. Bravo Millets for taking care of their employees over such a long time period.
