Millets - Colchester Avis 

Given the store had a closing down sale, it was exceptionally busy but all the staff were going out of their way to be helpful. Belinda was especially kind and helpful. She has worked in the store for at least as long as I’ve lived in Colchester 20+ years) and has always had superb knowledge of all things outdoorsy… stock was flying out of the store but Belinda was able to give advice over alternatives once items were sold.

I’ve been a customer of Millets for a long time, Visited the store again today once again received great customer service from wonderful Rob!

Went into the store today to see if I could find some thermal wellingtons. Found the type I was looking for and Robert was there straightaway to assist in checking my size were in stock.
They fitted perfectly and purchase made.
It was so lovely for a change as no hard sell, but Robert was there when I needed, and thank you so much for the extra discount which made my day.

I went to Millets in Colchester to choose some walking boots. There was a really good selection. Lee was very helpful, informative and was lovely and cheerful. I had previously been to Mountain Warehouse where there was a poor range and no-one readily available to give advice. I will definitely use Millets again for my walking gear.

I often shop at the store for all my hiking and camping needs. Belinda is always very helpful and very friendly and always says hello outside of the store also.
