Millets - Darlington Avis 

Sam and Jennii were incredibly helpful with helping me find the right pair of walking shoes. They offered really helpful advice and made sure I left as a happy customer!

The customer service I received at Millets in Darlington was the best Iv ever had. A member of staff spent an hour with me helping find the correct insoles for my hiking boots. She was very knowledgeable and nothing was a problem to her. She couldn’t have done more. And better still I was given a 20% discount. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was looking for a new pair of walking/approach shoes. Found several I liked. Darren the assistant was extremely helpful and polite despite having to scurry backwards and forwards to the stock room. Very very helpful, a credit to Millets!

Found the staff were very helpful in helping me try on a pair of leg gaiters.
Also a demonstration on how to wear a neck gaiter, proved to be very helpful as I realised I had not been wearing it correctly!

Went into Darlington branch today looking for a new pack. The guy working today was excellent. He was just the right amount of helpful! What I mean is he had great product knowledge and clearly has a passion for the outdoors, he helped me try on an appropriate pack, made sure it fit correctly, explained about brand specifics and guarantees etc.
I often find that a lot of people who work in these outdoor shops assume you don’t know anything and spend a lot of time explaining basic things which just wastes time and I often lose the will to live and walk out. This guy took time to listen, it’s a shame I never got his name because he deserves recognition.

The item I wanted was out of stock,the man who served me offered to order it from store and have it delivered to my home address he was very helpful and polite.great all round service
