Great store and excellent customer service
Very friendly and well laid out store and Aimee helped me in finding exactly what I wanted.
The size i required wasn’t on the shop floor so Aimee went through the stock room and found my size.
I’ve used Millets in Dorking for my requirements for many years, and would definitely recommend.

Millets, well worth the visit
Have bought boots here several times and I'm still using them after several years of wear, for different occasions. Staff were great (Amy is her name) cute as they come and welcoming personality. Highly recommend the shop and staff.

Great advice and cheerful service

Great experience at the Dorking branch again today. Malia was really helpful with both shoes for myself and our 5yo.
Both Malia and Josh were great, but shout to Malia for doing a lot to help get my son his first hiking boots!

All I want for Christmas is Holawild tent from Norwich Camping and I got one
Very disappointed as I spent a lot of time researching a new inflatable tent for my husband's Christmas present which was a Berghaus Telstar 8 nightfall tent. Ordered from Blacks then ordered a footprint and carpet from Go Outdoors and was so excited. 20 mins later was emailed to say they were out of stock so ordered another one from Millets only to be told they were out of stock. Didn't realise they were all connected. Now waiting for nearly £2k to be refunded in 3-5 days. Surely a company of this size should be able to have a website that can show when they are out of stock to save taking customers money at this time of year. Called nice gentleman in customer service to see if they know when new stock will be available and to see if I need to return the other Berghaus things I purchased in case it is discontinued. Please please please can someone tell me if this tent is going to be back in stock? I cannot find a tent I like more. Kind regards Julie

Hey ho I have my £2k back now and have now purchased a more superior Holawild AirTek Sherwood 8.0 Inflatable Tent from Norwich Caming and now very happy due to the most excellent customer service.
