DofE waterproofs
We went looking for some waterproof jacket and shoes for my daughter’s DofE expedition. Malia was very helpful and was so knowledgeable about the details that really matter and are quite helpful while on the trip. We literally completed our shopping in less than an hour and a happy daughter at the end of the! So a very enjoyable experience.

Great service
The customer service was great - Mitch was very helpful and polite. He got a return completed very quickly, found us the exact product we wanted, removed the packaging for us and gave us a good discount.

I got sold the wrong gas can even after…
I got sold the wrong gas can even after asking if it was suitable with my old one. Staff are not trained on the products. I tried to get a refund or swap for the correct one showing the receipt but they didnt swap and i couldnt get the money back. I got screwed and cant get the money back even with the receipt

What a terrific store - Duke of Edinburgh prep!
What a terrific store. So incredibly helpful and knowledgable. A visit to kit out my son for his Bronze Duke of Edinburgh initially, and then a subsequent visit to for his rucksack, the staff are full of kindness and are full of helpful, practical help and advice!
