Picked up a sleeping bag today £16 bargain. Mitch who helped me at the Dorking store was spot on. Very friendly and very helpful.

Excellent service on our visit today. Assistant Malia so helpful searching for the walking boot size I needed that was not in the storeroom. Went out of her way to find what I needed and removed them from the manner in, so I was able to purchase today. Very happy with the polite and courteous assistance especially when very near to closing time. Thank you!

Mitch is Great
Always have difficulty finding waterproof walking shoes that fit well and are comfortable. Got what I wanted! Mitch was very polite and helpful. For once, stress free shoe shopping.

Great shop
The shop was just full of decent offers, well laid out and friendly. Very pleased with the service received by Mitch and his colleague. I had asked if there was any other sizes and he helped out and found what I was looking for with ease.
