Excellent and personalised service, it was like having a personal shopper. I told the nice assistant I was going on a walking holiday and she was very friendly, polite and helpful in talking me through my options and getting high quality and affordable choices for me. Well worth a visit for all things outdoors ☺️.

Very friendly smiles all round
Very friendly smiles all round, I needed camping chairs and I was shown to the stock that was available in the shop. They were on offer, two in fact, 20% off plus buy one get one half price. Amazing value, great quality too. I was also shown the other half price offers they had behind the till. Really good friendly staff.

Very helpful staff especially Jenni when she explained about what she used Eurohike 120 COB pen light torch for, the only small problem with was it didn't work when I got home but I got to the bottom of the problem having taken the lower screw cap of the battery case I found an isolating pad to prevent current flow And so now work's great I may suggest further instructions or staff are informed regarding the issue
