Jenni was great with my toddler
Jenni was great with my toddler. She went out the back and got us the last giraffe camping chair. She even my daughter try the chair before we bought it. Brilliant customer service

IIn search of shoes
I was on the look out for an all purpose pair of shoes. I noticed Miillets had a sale on and went to investigate further. I located a pair of shoes and Archie assisted me in obtaining the shoes. He was both knowledgeable and helpful. I went to the till and saw Jenni who was equally the same as Archie.She also gave me a discount with my blue light card.

Emergency repair to tent.
Whilst weathering my tent I found it had a hole in the inner tent. I visited Leighton Buzzard Millets to see if I could make an emergency repair. I spoke to a lovely sales assistant called Jenni who directed me to the tent repair tape and gave me very helpful advice on how to do the repair properly so as not to compromise the waterproofing. It was so nice to speak to someone knowledgeable. Thank you Jenni.

The Leighton Buzzard store hadn’t the ladies jacket size required.
The Leighton Buzzard store hadn’t the ladies jacket in the size we wanted but Jenni was able to obtain one from another store and had it delivered to our address with no extra charge, great service 👍
