Millets - Louth Avis 

Kelly served me today and was extremely helpful in getting me the right walking boots for my needs and comfort. Ultra patient as I kept trying different ones on!
Lots of advice and suggestions without pushing me in any direction, so that I always felt in charge of my buying process. I bought walking shoes from here before and the experience was the same. Always use this store when I need them.

Popped in on the off chance of getting some new walking boots. I was served by a very patient and knowledgeable George who went above a beyond whilst listening to my requirements. Husband then decided he'd purchase a coat too and staff were very tolerant of him trying coats on both with and without the fleeces. Both boots and coat purchased. Highly recommend both staff and shop.

I was served by a really nice guy called George. Gave me some useful advise and was very helpful. It's a pity that the shop isn't bigger and could therefore hold more and more variable stock.

Popped in for some winter gloves. As usual George was very helpful as I'd left my reading glasses at home so couldn't see the size on the labels. Doh!!! Left the shop with a toasty pair of Sealskinz. Excellent customer service.

Kelly was exceptional today, she really understood the assignment with my son who has sensory issues. Usually shopping for a new coat (3rd one this year because they keep going 'missing' at school) is a day long job but we were literally in ant out within 15 minutes!

I got proffesional service from Kelly at Louth Millets. She was polite and friendly joining in with the conversation. She looked after me. I travel from Geimsby to Louth as the customer service falls short.

I had occasion to make a purchase for walking shoe insoles in your branch in Louth very recently and the assistant -Kelly - could not have been more helpful. Showing me different products and helping me to fit them with her friendly manner. I went in two days later to purchase more as they are excellent and my size was not there. Kelly went searching in the stock for me and there being none there ordered a pair for me. This maybe her job but all I can say I wish all shop assistants were like her. Thank you

Went in to buy some lightweight walking shoes. We were served by George who was very knowledgeable and knew all I needed to know about the shoes I chose.

Amazing service! I was served by Kelly she pointed out that a fleece I was buying was in a multi buy offer and saved me £16! So I added a pair of slippers to my shop, she also recommended I size them up which she was spot on with! (They were a gift so it would have been a shame for them not to fit) she was so friendly and chatty with myself and my daughter- when we got home she told me she thought Louth was friendly because of how people had chatted to her too. (She is 10 and you made her day)
