Millets - Louth Avis 

Spoke to George about walking boots….very knowledgeable and friendly, seemed to love his job.
I brought a pair of Peter Storm boots.
All in all a great experience

Staff very helpful with good product knowledge. The staff member who served us today, was very chatty and easy going. Lovely place to buy anything outdoorsy.

Went shopping for a new rain jacket. Staff were all very pleasant, acknowledged me but not at all overpowering. Found what I wanted at a good price. Tracy who served me like the rest of the staff were really pleasant.

We are regular users of millets and always find the staff really helpful. On this occasion I would like to praise George in the Louth branch, he was very helpful and polite. He helped me with the product I was buying giving me great product knowledge. As always from Millets great customer service.

All staff were friendly. The person who served me had obviously been well trained in fitting footwear. I am very picky regarding footwear do to an injury.

My wife and I have spent many weeks searching for a pair of comfortable trainers for her (she has a number of foot related issues), whilst in Louth we saw Millets and decided to take a look. What a brilliant move it turned out to be. On reaching the shoe section we were soon approached by Kelly to see if she could help. My wife explained her dilemma and Kelly went out of her way to find something that might suit, bringing numerous pairs to try. She couldn’t have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble and the end result was that, thanks in no small way to Kelly, we were able to leave with not one, but two pairs! It was so good to be helped by someone who didn’t make you feel as if you were being a nuisance, as was the case in a competitor’s store on the outskirts of Lincoln. Thank you Kelly, you made our shopping experience an absolute pleasure!

Great selection of kit. Unusually found size 13 (mens) in stock at a high street retailer. Good selection of walking essentials and really helpful staff. Also good price reductions, so value for money was great as well. Now our ‘go to’ store. Thanks to to Tom👍🏻
