An absolutely excellent experience. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff; a great selection of quality products; and best of all highly competitive prices (and I have checked). I would not shop for outdoors goods anywhere else.

Great staff, found my perfect boots
After searching for a good pair of walking boots for months, l had a look at Millets online and discovered that they stock a great selection. I visited my nearest branch where a guy (sorry unsure on he's name) approached and was very helpful. He gave some great advice and after trying a few different types of boots on l found the perfect pair. Many thanks.

Good choice of branded goods at keen prices as
Spent over an hour deliberating over a new waterproof jacket for my daughter. Tried on lots and the assistant helped with comments and dug out the size we needed in the jacket we eventually bought. Patient, efficient service and even got an extra reduction at the till. Good choice of goods.

Very friendly staff helps with difficult UPS package
I had a large and unique UPS package to drop here and the friendly staff helped to make sure I had all the documents I needed to get it to its destination and offered to setup a text notifcation for any update son it progress. Thank you very much, I'll be back when I need a new dogwalking jacket.

Great staff
I recently visited this store and had a very pleasant experience. The staff, Jess and Georgia were very knowledgeable about all of the products I was interested in and their customer service was great. I would definitely recommend visiting!

Fantastic service from Liz when we visited this store to purchase some walking boots. She was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. My husband found the perfect pair of boots but sadly the ones I wanted were not available in my size. Liz has given me the contact no for the store and if they come in on the next delivery she is going to put them back for me! She is a credit to your store and we couldn’t have wished for better service - thank you!
