Called into Southsea branch last Friday,served by Steve/Chris,very helpful,orded trousers to be delivered to home,turned up day,trousers fine,belt very cheap,great service in shop/warehouse.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff who showed me various options and pointed out alternatives in all price ranges. No pressure, just a great service.

Went in for some Tech Wash to keep my waterproofs performing well. Realised I also wanted a new, portable first aid kit for my scout group. Needed no help with either of those things and the shop staff judged it pretty well, presenting in a way that was accessible without being intrusive or overbearing. Staff were happy to point me in the direction of the best prices and I left thinking it had been a positive experience. TBF I often use this branch and the branch in Fareham and both give me the same impression of a knowledgeable team who are genuinely interested in the products they sell.

The shop staff where very helpful,the item I asked for was not in stock however the assistant checked and ordered it on line for me and had it delivered to home brilliant very helpful

Excellent customer service from Chris who had a great knowledge of boots and waterproof coats and the quality aspects of materials. Good discount in store. Friendly and helpful. I bought a pair of Brasher's Countryman, very good. In wet ground conditions I would recommend, before first use, a wet boot followed by leather spray treatment followed 24 hrs later with a light application of dubbin.

Good range of walking trousers i was looking for. Friendly chap advised about additional stock out the back. Left me to browse and provided the size i required when requsted. Very good service overall.

I was really let down by Brasher online, who cancelled my order due to not having the stock, but they didn’t inform me. Really hard to get hold of them at all to rectify. However, called Millets and Chris was amazing, found what I needed, put them aside until I could get in and helped me loads in store. He really turned a rubbish day around, thank you Chris!

I've always been pleased with the service at Millets in Southsea, and today was no exception. The chap who served was very helpful and answered all my questions and obviously knew the products well, as a result of which I bought a coat that I am more than satisfied with. Top marks,

Staff went over and above.
I needed some gloves that were wind/ water protective - these are currently out of season. Nadys and Emily went out back and found a box of the old season products. They helped me search through the box until I found the perfect pair - I was so grateful they did this for me! Nadys approached me when I was looking confused searching for other products and offered for me to try the items on - thank you very much!

The employee jack was hugely helpful in helping my select my kit I needed for my trip. He was also very polite and also discussed the different options available.

Great team who are always happy to help. Bought some merino baselayera for an upcoming ski trip, they were a great price!
