I cannot recommend Minors and Brady enough! Selling a property is usually stressful, but Julia Pauluch and the team made the process seamless. They were honest, always available to answer questions, and genuinely cared about getting me the best result. Thank you so, so much. I really appreciate the support throughout the process.

I had a great experience with Minors and Brady Oulton Broad. I was selling my late fathers house which added extra complications but they were organised and pro-active and goy me an offer. Claire from the aftershaves team helped enormously talking to all parties. When I was let down by a cleaner she conacted their lettings team to find someone who would come out an a bank holiday weekend. Recommend highly.

Lying, arrogance, rudeness. Where do I start? Very pleasant young lady Ellen who showed us round the property and was extremely helpful. However, once Ange had left, it all went to pot. The people who took over were so rude. When all the contracts had been exchanged and the money had changed hands at midday. We didn’t get a call to pick up keys until 1440 hours. We are in our 60s it was a complete disaster trying to get everything out of our property. We couldn’t hire a company to move us as the moving date kept changing. We had two days notice to move. Would NEVER EVER in a million years go anywhere near this company in my lifetime and I suggest others think carefully about it too. I have worked for the NHS many years and if I spoke or behaved the way these people did I would have been sacked.

So following on from my review. There has been a response. But it’s too late, I’ve left my house of 32 years. It should have been a bitter sweet experience saying goodbye and moving on to new ventures. But it can’t be undone. So my only advice to Minors and Brady is, have some humility, put your feet in someone else’s shoes. Remember you will be old one day and won’t like how it feels to be treated poorly.

Minors & Brady. The behaviour from the estate agent was completely unprofessional, with repeated pressure, poor communication, and what felt like threatening and harassing conduct throughout the process.
My Nan being told she has to pay over £3000 in selling fees even though our contract ended and another estate agent found the buyers of our home and sold it.
Instead of receiving support and respect, we were left feeling stressed, intimidated, and ignored. No customer especially elderly people should be made to feel this way especially being threaten with court.
I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using this company based on our experience.

Minors and Brady really did stand out against the other estate agents we had previously used to sell our house. Having been on and off the market for about 4 years, with no luck and repeatedly missing out on properties we liked due to not being able to sell ours, Minors and Brady managed it for us. We went on the market in August, sold in Oct and moved in Feb. They made the whole process easy and stress free. Special mention to Claire Wilson, who was assigned to us once we accepted the offer on our house. She checked in weekly, chased solicitors and the buyers and sellers of our new house every week, ready to update me on a Wednesday. It meant I didn’t have to worry about doing it myself, and felt like we were a priority. Our removal company couldn’t believe how smoothly and quickly completion happened on the day. I would always use Minors and Brady in the future and would recommend to anyone looking for a truly decent, local estate agent.

This estate agent has got to be the worst ive ever encountered...... even half a star rating is way too much for this minors & Brady bunch . Their sales men welcome you in with million doolar smiles allegedly owners son he shows u the property...... pass the sale onto A so called other sales man Theo they sell u a dream ... sell ur home 🏡 and we shall reserve this for you 3 4 5 months when ur ready we complete then just as I almost sold my property bang Mr Brady bunch Theo gets another sales woman to deliver the bad news we've sold ur plot to someone else they offered us 1k deposit and £10k more than what u were offering all this by phone call ..... really ? They sell u a dream and almost potentially left me homeless 💔 wow really . Then had the odacity to call 📞 me again it fell through do u want plot 26 again he'll no told him to keep it . AVOID NORFOLK MINORS & BRADY BUNCH At all cost unless u want to be homeless then ur in right place good luck on that one 👍 👌🏾

Having an aftersales agent assist you throughout the whole buying and selling process was fantastic.
Julia was amazing and kept me up to date with everything that was going on.
My situation was not as straight forward as other cases due to the fact I was moving to Scotland and needed 2 solicitors.
With rules in Scotland being very different to the English process!
With this in mind, Julia did a splendid job. Copied me into emails so I could see progress and was professional at all times up until today when we exchanged contracts.

Minors and Brady have been superb in the process of selling our house. In particular Anya who has guided us through the aftersales process, liasing efficiently with all parties, chasing, and keeping us informed along the way. We must also mention Kyle and the team in the Dereham office, who were proactive in finding viewings, then negociating and securing a sale.

Me and my partner were first time buyers, and Minors and Brady have been great throughout the process. However, our aftersales agent Julia Pauluch gave us such exceptional service. As inexperienced first time buyers, Julia was incredibly patient, responsive and incredibly supportive. She has gone above and beyond on our behalf when navigating difficult situations, keeping excellent communication throughout and gave us expert advice to guide us through stages of the sale. At the end of the conveyancing process, I was struggling with University exams on top of the immense stress of purchasing our first home. But due to Julia's empathy, professionalism and good nature she enabled our sale to run as smooth as possible and her communication was outstanding. Without Julia's incredible help I don't know if we would have gotten such a great outcome, this review alone cannot simply put into words how phenomenal she has been. Minors and Brady have exceptional and super informative staff and we would recommend them to anyone. Due to our experience with Julia who is an exemplary aftersales agent, we will be using Minors and Brady in the future where possible.

Selling a family home in a popular town was proving difficult and local estate agent was not particularly active. Then we engaged Minors & Brady who were an enthusiastic breath of fresh air. They have a wide catchment area and we had viewing quickly & a sale agreed in no time.
Staff were helpful in the Dereham office, especially Julia Pauluch, who was our main contact. She was always contactable and responsive to queries. A friendly voice on the phone - selling a house can be quite streeful!

Minors and Brady just can't take no for an answer. Today, having already been explicitly told that we don't want any contact with them, they post a hand-written note though our door about the property we have for sale elsewhere in the village. Look up my previous review of Minors and Brady when I complained before about being harassed by them. Simply sick of this estate agent.

Reply to their reply. Seriously, how many times do I need to do this before you take notice? You have my name, you know who I am and you know not only the property that's for sale but also the separate address of the owners. I am happy to keep writing public reviews of a company that can't do as it's already been asked if that company is so incompetent as to continue annoying people.

I could not be happier with our experience with Minors and Brady. Samuel Carpenter is amazing, he has been so helpful and accommodating every step of the way in our house move. Nothing has been too much of an ask, I can't thank him enough for making this whole process simple and putting my mind at ease time and time again. Thank you!

I purchased a home through Minors and Brady and I have to say it was quick and easy. Claire was extremely helpful and even helped me with an enquiry after I had moved in. I found all the staff friendly and helpful, no matter who answered the phone when I contacted them. I can highly recommend.

Claire Wilson gave amazing after sales service. Called me regularly to keep me updated and always responded quickly to any questions I had. They were great as a company the whole way through both on my sale and purchase, Diss & Dereham branches. Would highly recommend!
