Minors and Brady Avis 

Tabby/tabatha was brilliant. First time ever viewing a house and I had my little boy with me and she made the 2 viewings so stress free and very knowledgeable in helpful with everything! She’s followed up and keeping me in the loop with things! Couldn’t of asked for more, real credit to herself and the firm

We had contact with Stuart due to a property we are interested in, we had initially gone out to sell with a different agency, however when speaking to Stuart we quickly realised minors and Brady really want to help and work with us. We had a valuation in 1 day, the next day photos taken by Joe, which were absolutely amazing, they captured the house and the surroundings perfectly and we couldn’t be happier! Not only that, all staff work around the clock to pull strings and get things done and I really trust that they do what they say! Brilliant team and looking forward to all they can do to sell our property! Big shout out to Stuart and Joe!

I instructed M&B, Diss office in April after Joe, their valuer, gave an excellent valuation and presentation of their services. Nicola and her team were wonderful and I had two offers on my house within a week. Dan Emery from the Norwich office looked after the after sales process and was absolutely wonderful in, not only keeping me informed regularly of developments, but played a key role in chasing solicitors and Land Registry to help expedite the transaction. Closer to exchange the lovely Lara took over and was wonderful overseeing things smoothly until exchange. The whole team were incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Moving can be stressful, but M&B took a lot of the stress for me! I can't thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of marketing their property.

The estate agent was polite, warm and didn't make me feel rushed.

Great communication from the outset. The person handling the sale seemed to change a couple of times in the early days, but settled with Molly after a couple of weeks until the end.
Molly was exceptionally professional throughout and her communication with both me and our conveyancing solicitor was superb - I never felt ignored or uninformed. I would not hesitate to recommend Molly and, by extension, Minors & Brady.

The initial stages when meeting Kieran to have our property appraised was great. He was processional without being cold hard sales tactics.
Getting our property onto market was as fast and efficient as I would expect it to be and dealt with very well.
During the viewings/selling timeframe some improvement could be made in gaining feedback faster, with a little more accuracy and a better line of communication to keep vendors updated speedily. However, I do understand we live in a world of viewing time wasters and ghosting of phone calls or emails is very much a thing.
Once we’d secured a seller the after sales team, especially Anya were very good. Returning calls promptly, providing information or guidance when required and offering her knowledge on the best course of action when needed.
She was especially helpful during the final stages leading to exchange and completion where things gain momentum quickly.

I rent two neighbouring properties in Lowestoft. The gas safety certificate appointments for both were handled flawlessly by Holly in the local branch. Thanks for the great service

This review is for a property viewing with Isabel from the Norwich branch. Excellent viewing, Isabel met me outside the house and was very knowledgeable about the property, especially on key features such as the boiler, consumer unit and the kitchen layout - location of the integrated white goods. It was particularly helpful that she was able to provide insight about local facilities and community. A very professional viewing, if she was showing my home, I’d feel I was in safe hands as she is great with clients and made sure I had enough time to really appreciate both the property and it’s location.

The reason I haven’t given 5 stars, is due to the online system, Goodlord. In my opinion, not fit for purpose, unclear navigation and online instructions.

Even though we had a bit of rough start through the sales process, once a price was accepted by us Lara has been exceptionally helpful and positive. Her communication has been spot on and when reaching out to her for assistance with moving through the process she has responded with great timeliness and positivity to help us to get to the point of exchange.
