Minster Windows Avis 

Awful after sales service, avoid this company.
We had windows fitted by another company taken over by Minster windows. The Minster invoices state that Millennium windows is incorporated by them. A joke.
Many of the locks and handles failed after a couple of years. We paid for a Minster windows employee to come and fix the windows and paid for a replacement handle that he broke. The French windows door handle he supposedly fixed doesn’t work. Minster windows have failed to respond to numerous emails and phone calls over several months. P
Our pleadings have been completely ignored and promised phone calls never made. Our money appears to have been stolen.
We had a door replaced by Minster windows, they fitted the wrong colour.
This company have no morals, no after sales service worthy of the name. Go elsewhere.

I’ve recently had my front door replaced by Minster. The work was carried out in a most professional manner to a very high standard. (Thanks Mick!) The product is first class and was installed perfectly. No mess and no fuss, you can take it that I am a very satisfied customer!

I honestly cannot rate Minster Windows enough! Amazing service throughout, no hard selling, continued updates, and a wonderful new front door!

The quality of the fitting on our new door is honestly amazing. Our old door was a total bodge job, and fitted really poorly, so it was really tough to replace. The new door looks so smart, it's completely transformed the room and the front of the house.

Every time I've been in contact, I've had a quick response and great service.

If we ever need new doors or windows, we'll definitely come back to Minster.

I can’t recommend Minster Windows enough. I asked for a no nonsense quote no pressure selling and that’s what I got. John was easy to deal with and didn’t harass me to buy. He gave me a quote and left me to decide, novel experience compared to other companies. They kept me updated as to when fitment would occur. Two fitters duly arrived on said date and did an excellent job. They were friendly and gave a explanation of the door and windows at completion. Would and will definitely recommend them.

Poor after purchase service.
Our door lock (5 months post fitting) broke on a Saturday, out of office hours for Minster Windows. There was no instruction about what to do in such circumstances on the website or the written information on purchasing the door so we got a local locksmith to replace the lock and make our home secure.
On the Monday (2 days later office opening) we were told we should have left our door unlocked until Minster Windows could attend as we have now engaged a third party and as such invalidated our warranty. They are also not prepared to refund the cost of the locksmith. I have also been told since that they are not prepared to replace the lock now due to a google review left (which is an accurate account of events in my opinion).
It would be useful to have had information about how to deal with after purchase issues out of their offices hours (either on the written information on purchase or the website)

I cannot recommend this company for window replacement enough. They were by far the best value who quoted to replace a set of wooden French Doors in our home with a single double glazed grey aluminium framed picture window.
The service they provided was first class from the chap who came to measure up to the fitter and his apprentice who attended on time on the date agreed. They fitted the window and made hood all the plaster work surround. Excellent quality, excellent service and excellent value. Highly recommend.
