Not the first time I have used Mirror Image. Pleased on both occasions. Quality product and great service. Can highly recommend them.

Picked Mirror Image to fit our bedroom furniture as we wanted to use a local firm rather than a national one. So pleased we did as the whole process has been brilliant from start to finish. Great care taken by Vicky who helped us with the design and planning. Mirror Image also took care of removing and disposing all the old fitted wardrobes (thanks Jimmy) before fitting the new ones. Adam and Jimmy dealt with the fitting and took great care to make sure we were happy with the end result. Thanks to everyone involved.

We stumbled on Mirror Image for new wardrobes, and so glad we did. A thoroughly professional service from start to finish, including an extra visit to double-check the measurements. They kept us fully informed as lock-down came in the middle. The new wardrobes are excellent. They look good, workwell and offer so much storage space we're looking for things to fill the space with.

We've just had our fourth installation completed by Mirror Image, a fitted wardrobe in a bedroom. From Vicky's initial visit & survey to Aaron fitting the wardrobe the whole experience was excellent. We were warned by Vicky about the lead in time for installation, inevitably delayed by the pandemic, but we were kept informed throughout and appreciated the updates. The finished job is superb, exactly what we were promised and of the very highest standard. Vicky & Aaron were a pleasure to deal with and to have in the home, and couldn't have been more professional. All in all a really first class job and would have no hesitation highly recommending Mirror Image.

Chris our very helpful & friendly designer incorporated our ideas into his carefully drawn plans.James our fitter arrived promptly & installed the wardrobe very professionally & skillfully. He was also friendly, polite & worked very hard to complete the wardrobe in the day. The quality of the wardrobe is excellent & we are so pleased we found a reliable local company

We have just a bedroom transformed into a study come bedroom by Mirror Image and we are absolutely delighted. Fitted a beautiful sliding door wardrobe and a desk/dresser unit. From the beginning our designer Vicki worked with us through several changes of mind, the fitter Adam came and did an excellent job - in the process having to deal with some pretty awkward coving & skirting boards. The final product is exactly what we had hoped it would be, very happy thanks Adam.
Value wise we have high quality bespoke product which was actually less expensive than a well known bedroom furniture company offering fairly standard product, after all their 50% off and special manager deals thrown in - absolutely no contest and we are already planning what MI can do for us in another room. Totally delighted and thanks so much Mirror Image - we will be back soon with the next project.

Lovely wardrobes. Very pleased with the high quality finish and fitting.

Fantastic service from start to finish. We cannot praise the staff enough. The designer took our requirements on board and produced a great design in the colour scheme we chose.
On the day of the installation the tradesmen were courteous, prompt and extremely thorough. The finished wardrobe looked as though it had always been there. They left the room clean and tidy with all rubbish removed and the area vacuumed.
We have no hesitation in recommending Mirror Image.

We were drawn to Mirror Image (local to us in Cambridge) without quite realising all that lay behind the brand? But very single person with whom we interacted from minute 1 was ace! The product had displayed extremely well in their showroom, and I silently thought "could that really be replicated for US?" - without somehow quite believing it! (call me sceptic!). The lead time was not short! coz everything is made to order, then fitted by their OWN team. Our 3 month journey ended & began (for us as new users!) yesterday, when 2 rooms were 'fitted'. Guess what? "It COULD be replicated for US!" - To say we're 100% happy would be a massive understatement. We're totally thrilled. The fitters were fantastic, and the journey to/from our first visit to the showroom was super efficient. Everything happened EXACTLY as agreed & communicated, at EVERY stage! Theirs is a model for: 1/ how to do business, and 2/ how to EXCEED expectations. Thanks a million to ALL at Mirror Image!!

Wow what can we say 100 per cent excellent. Harry turned up on time got straight on with the job no wasting time worked exceptional hard and even after a long day was still very polite and smiling , wardrobes look astounding .also lady who came and measured and helped design was very helpful no pressures .We would defnetly recommend .

Fantastic service and beautiful wardrobes!

After a couple of terrible experiences with Sharps Furniture and Hammond's in Norwich (neither seemed to actively want our business and never even delivered plans - a close escape as it now turns out), Mirror Image came to the rescue. The service we experienced (from the arrangement of the initial appointment, to the design appointment with Marcus, the followup pricing and arrangement of the fitting, the timely emails and discussions prior to the fitting, to the 2 days of fitting by Harry) was faultless. The company did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, for the price agreed. Everyone we encountered was good at what they did. And the wardrobes are just gorgeous. Everything we wanted them to be. We cannot rate this company highly enough.

Our second new fitted bedroom through Mirror Image on the basis that the first one about 15 years ago in our previous house was excellent. Once again efficiently fitted and looks lovely.

Really pleased with our new fitted cupboards in our bedroom. The job was done efficiently to a very high standard. We would strongly recommend Mirror Image.

I can’t speak no more highly with this company they done such a fabulous job in mine and my husbands bedroom it’s beautiful the wardrobes are very well made will last years and years from the start of our journey with them they had a lovely lady come round vicki she was fab knew what we liked and listened what we wanted from design to colours and the furniture we wanted she was so lovely made us feel at ease and gave us prices and which where great as they stuck to our budget and give us options on what materials ect we wanted measured up and left plan which are all drawn so professional which is a lovely touch then they ordered our furniture when we was happy with the final stage of going ahead there was no pressure sales at all which was great as well , the fitters come on the day which was arranged 9 weeks later as that’s what we wanted as well so brilliant timing and also the fitter Harry was lovely hard working man polite friendly and done an amazing job of it all so happy thank you mirror image for all your hard work made our bedroom a dream room we wanted :)

Excellent company
We had a lovely lady come round to our house for a free quote for a built in wardrobe in our bedroom. She was very kind, friendly and didn't make you feel under any pressure. She had all the samples to put next to the walls, to get an idea of colours.
We then went into the store (Norwich) to see the quality of their products, straight away we could tell they were very good quality and booked in straight away. The lady in store was very accommodating and had all our paperwork to hand straight away. Very organised. We book in for a Saturday morning because we were only a small job, 4 weeks later we have out wardrobe in. Jason the fitter was amazing, very talented man and great workmanship. Got straight on with the job, informing us of things that he needed to and asked/told us if anything changed whilst doing the job. Once again very kind person and didn't make you feel uncomfortable in your own home. Payment was very easy at the end, you are given an invoice by the fitter, which you then can either go in store to pay the balance, or just call up, which I did. Over the phone was very easy and once again very friendly.
I would recommend this company to anybody. Their products are amazing quality and for a good price. Considering some of the quotes we received from other companies, it was amazing. They clearly are proud of their own products and trust them as you are also given a 10 year warranty!
We will be looking at getting our second bedroom fitted with the same wardrobe in the future.

Excellent service right from the very beginning. Showroom very nice with friendly helpful staff. Next step was the home visit from Vicky who was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were then contacted with a fitting date which they stuck to and kept us informed of this. Fitters turned up on the day on time . The pair of them were amazing. Very nice couple of lads and a credit to the company. Can't sing their praise enough they did a superb job
